A Cut Above is a trendy chic, almost that little bit special kinda place. A comfortable three bedroom house with modern furnishings giving you that home away from home.

The property was very clean and freshly upgraded . The host had thought about everything to make our stay comfortable satisfying. Wish we could have stayed longer!
We had an amazing 4 night stay. The home is well stocked, private, and super comfortable. Great location let us hit all the sights we wanted to see. Beautiful property with private back patio. Hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again.
As advertised, this great place is conveniently located just outside of town. That makes it nice and quiet, and we slept well. All the amenities are covered and we're happy during our stay. Would recommend :)
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home! It had everything we needed and appreciated the beautiful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again 😊
We really enjoyed our stay near Kerikeri. It is a really nice peaceful country setting with plenty of space and amenities. A real bonus for us was that it was close to historic sites and very easy to get to Waitangi, Russell and other places. Thank you for a great stay!
So I will start with saying positives . Clean house . Spotless . Good yard and overall childproof . Now our story was rather negative. we had a booking for 6 people . 3 adults and 3 kids. Last minute, care for our 2 yo triplets was cancelled ( grandparents were tested potive for COVID ) . So we had to grab them and go on the day . Being a mum to 6 I never realised that 2 yo can cause 120 extra and lots of drama . I completely zoomed out that max is 6 people but I do understand why max is 6 ( bedding is actually only for 6) but when babies use bed of their own I cannot see how it’s possible to charge 40 a child. She refers to council rules but to be human should be important . I was already stressed out on the day as we had all planned only for 3 kids and we had charge our holiday quite a bit . Also , Be aware that there is a camera outside so host is watching you like an eagle . They try to accuse of lots of things and then charge you 40 per night for infants . Let’s just think for a minute . Infants . In their own beds . Not used anything . No damage . Nothing . A lot of money for one night ( ouch ) and the start of the holiday was almost ruined. Also oven doesn’t work or works for people who know how to get it on without instructions but for us it wasn’t going so we had to go and get food out .
Lovely peaceful setting but close enough to main highways for exploring the Bay of Islands. The property is exactly as in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, utensils cleaning products etc) & instructions for using appliances was supplied & appreciated.
Perfect spot for a family catch up in the Far North. Neat setting away from the crowds, modern and clean accommodation with all the necessities for a comfortable stay away and a few extras.
