This one bedroom apartment has recently been renovated with the guest in mind. This space provides you with everything you’ll need for your stay with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, sink, coffee maker, kitchen basics, and eating service for four. The apartment is equipped with high speed internet 50mbps speeds, Roku tv which allows guest to login to their Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and other streaming services of their choice. Guests will also receive complementary bottled water, assorted K-Cups, soap, shampoo and conditioner. In unit washer/dryer unit.

Guests have access to the unit they are staying in. Picnic tables in that back that are available to guests. Guest can access the unit at their own leisure via the August keyless smart lock and keypad.

Updated One Bedroom in Ligonier at the Right Price

My wife, dog, and I just spent a week at the property. Nicely updated and comfortable for a couple. We would have booked longer, had it been available. A few things we liked about the inside in addition to the modern feel - front and back doors, so we could take our dog directly out back, the movable floor to front window A/C, and the 50" Roku TV. If you are OK with a 1 bedroom, this rental can't be beat in the area.

Vrbo In Ligioner

The property was very comfortable and easy to get to. The owner was great and easy to work with. The only issue I had was the listing from Vrbo said it was located at Lake Wawassee but it is in town. This was not the owners issue as he contacted Vrbo once I sent him the screen shot from Vrbo. For me it wasn’t a big deal but could have been for someone else. I would definitely recommend this property.

Just to get away from everything.

Looks just like the pictures inside the outside looks a bit like an older motel but it is very nice, clean and cozy inside and it was exactly what what we needed a get away from our everyday stresses at home we would definitely recommend this place and we will probably rent it again.

Ligonier stay

Very nice owner to work with and a good location when dealing with the Jayco factory in Middlebury. Only negative comment would be that the bedroom needs a separate air conditioner, very warm at night.
