Come visit our cabin!
Recently built, family friendly cozy cabin, set on the beautiful Pemigewasset River looking at the historic Blair Covered Bridge.
BBQ, Sunbathe, Relax, Swim, Snorkle, Fish, Tubing, Make tons of smores, Relax in jacuzzi, Have a glass of wine relaxing on wicker furniture by gas firepit and enjoy the sounds of nature, birds and the river all from the back yard.
The river sits directly behind the cabin and is suitable for swimming for children as it’s a calm part of the river. You are able to wade in/launch kayaks etc along a small sanded area. The river is clear and clean.

Amazing hosts and amazing property

We stayed here in Nov 2024 for a girls book club cabin weekend. We could not have had a better time or asked for a better location! The cabin was clean, quiet and fully stocked, the hosts were beyond accommodating, and the views were awesome!! Highly recommend these hosts and this property for a perfect mountain getaway!

Loved the property. A great little house only 20 mins from Loon Mountain. The perfect spot to come back and relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay

Our stay was amazing. Tubing, fishing, evening fires, hot tub, yard games, local attractions... overall a really fun stay. Property is private, clean, modern, and has everything you need. Owners are very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Girls weekend

This was the 6 of us girls 2nd time staying here. The location is so nice. We enjoy morning coffee in the hot tub. Mattresses are comfortable and owners respond quickly to any questions.

Scenic beauty

This property has an excellent location and the scenery can’t be beat if you love the outdoors. The cabin is brand new and loaded with every modern amenity you’d want including a hot tub, wi-fi, and a big screen TV. I can’t wait to come back again!

Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Blair Bridge Cabin. It was exactly what we needed for some great family time and R&R. The view is amazing and the hot tub was a huge hit. It is located close to many attractions. We visited Ice Castles and Waterville Valley for tubing - each were ~20 minutes away. The owners were super responsive and the house had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Convenient and Cozy

The cabin is great! It’s cozy and offers a lot with great views of the Pemi river and Covered Bridge. Also, it’s close to Woodstock and Lincoln and close to a couple of really good restaurants although not open in the winter, the little Red School house restaurant is down the road “great lobster rolls” and right next door is the Covered Bridge Farm Table restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and experience with the host.

Filthy and rude owners

If you are ok with filth, this is your place. Location is great. "Amenities" awful. Can't use the grill, completely rusted out. We brought all grill foods, so all was wasted. Can't sit on the patio furniture (see pics). Hot tub filled with sand ( see pics) called Lisa the owner who was very rude, not accommodating , and offered to pay for a pizza to make up for it . We tried to leave asap and were not offered any type of reimbursement. If I could give a negative star review, I would . Save your money and go elsewhere

Perfect getaway location

Perfect getaway cabin/house. Clean and well appointed. Located on a private wooded lot down on the river. Great backyard for hanging out at night. Restaurant across the side street (easy walk up the driveway and around) had great food and live music. The property is located on the southern end of Franconia Notch and is an easy short drive into the heart of all the White Mountains has to offer. Only downside was we didn’t have more time to stay there!

Weekend away

Owners provide all the information, easy to understand. Due to weather we couldn't enjoy all the awesomeness this cabin had to offer. Plenty of room for everyone. Living room furniture is fine as long as you do not have mobility challenges (Super soft as in not firm). Great stay. We ended up with kids, but there was plenty of room. Looking forward to going back.

Birthday Getaway

Lisa was great, answered all my questions quickly and sent all information we needed to know for our stay. The cabin was adorable inside and out. Nicely decorated, cozy, well stocked kitchen and the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on in a rental property. The backyard around the fire pit is where we spent most of our time enjoying a fire, gorgeous views and relaxing. The hot tub was great, very clean and nice to have. We didn’t utilize the deck area as the furniture was wet, had it been covered it would have been nice to sit up there and utilize the gas fire pit but honestly sitting by the wood fire pit next to the river was fantastic. There was a gas grill but we just cooked our meals indoors. We were 4 adults, plenty of space for everyone, beautiful views and extremely relaxing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us, we loved it and definitely want to go back.

We had a good stay, spending most of our time outside, plenty of room. The cabin isnt new; a good inside cleaning & fresh paint would make it look that way tho. Definitely cozy. Beds were comfy & the dining table fit all 8 of us. The hot tub was great after a fire. The sand beach at the water is not easily accessible, but there's a rope that makes it possible. We didn't use the deck furniture, had our own folding chairs/rockers & was good we did as it was a bit weathered. The gas fire pit was nice for our last night, without wood. Beautiful views & surroundings! Restaurants, antiques, shopping centers all nearby.

Ski trip

Perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. It was great to have the hot tub to relax in at night after skiing all day. Great little ski house close to Waterville and Loon.

Celebrating a Friend's Milestone Birthday

We are 6 women who've been friends for 20+ years (some much longer). The location of the house was perfect. Lots of hiking and natural beauty nearby and the river at the back door. House needed soap in showers and more toilet paper but otherwise it had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Thank you!
