Why they chose this property
Head out the back door and and hop on the community walking/jogging trail. A large lake and the 18th hole are directly across the street. Head in the other direction and you are 2 tenths of a mile to the indoor fitness center featuring indoor pool, spa, fitness center and sauna.
What makes this property unique
Large paver patio for entertaining. Two family rooms - one upstairs for the kids and one downstairs next to the kitchen.
