We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, newly remodeled, and had a beautiful view overlooking the beach. We especially loved how easy it was to access the beach, with chairs already set up and ready to enjoy. The sunset views were amazing!Check-in was simple and seamless, and the host was very responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay in a great location.

The property was clean and bright and “beachy”. The attention to little details of decor and comfort made for a delightful stay. We were comfortable and had everything we could need and then some! The view of the beach was as advertised and lovely. We were able to see the August 27/28 lunar eclipse from our balcony. The beach is incredible.! We would definitely stay here again. Ruth was quick to respond to a few questions I had, and made sure we had her cell phone number in case we needed anything. We were well cared for.

This property was wonderful! The host answered all of our questions quickly and with great detail, they also provide a document with additional information about grocery stores, local restaurant recommendations, and the pool before check in. The location was very convenient with a short walk to the beach or to restaurants (15 mins). There are some sand toys for kids and various floats available in the closet which we appreciated traveling with our 4yo. Coffee on the lanai was wonderful in the morning and it has a great breeze all day. We are already planning a trip back!

Well equipped unit as presented. Short walk to beach, beautiful sunsets. The beach lounge chairs were not comfortable at all. Excellent location close to many good restaurants at various levels as well as other food and retail locations. Responsive host is a plus

Lovely condo, updated, clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful week! Ocean view but not ocean front, however still a great view of the beach and ocean. Appreciated the provided beach loungers and chairs. Thank you!

We were 2 adult couples who vacation together often. This was the nicest unit we have stayed in at the Crescent Arms towers. The buildings were undergoing maintenance (painting) and the common areas were not clean, so the review is for the condo only. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. It is a family oriented complex. Ruth, the host was the most responsive host we have had! This condo is not sunset facing, we did know this going in, but I did miss the siesta key sunsets. It was a nice place and would definitely recommend!

Hi Cassandra, So glad that you had a nice vacation! Sorry about common area around. They were upgrading certain things. Painting and planting all new landscaping that was damaged due to hurricane. It is all complete now thankfully and the complex is looking great. Sorry that is was during your week. Glad that you enjoyed the condo.

The condo was amazing. Clean, great size, well decorated, cozy, and perfectly located. The property itself could use some updates. The host was so nice, helpful, and responsive. The beach was simply incredible. The views, the sunset, the water, and especially the sand could not be beat. The public beach just down the road has free yoga offered by Tranquility By the Sea mostly everyday and a public pickleball court where you can just show up and play. I wouldn’t even hesitate to consider booking this stay again.

Our family loves Siesta Key and we enjoyed this spot for its comfortable updates inside as well as the proximity, view, and access to the beach. AC worked great, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and more.
