Large 3 bedroom cottage home with a sitting room and fenced in .6 acre grassy yard and back patio. Situated just outside the village next to Usher’s Park Beach. Cottage Sleeps 8 adults with 2 bedrooms plus a pullout sectional and futon, the third bedroom is at the back of the property and features 3 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 6 children. In the living room where you can relax on the two large couches while warming up next to the indoor fireplace. The outdoor private backyard includes a large fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, a 10-person picnic bench w/umbrella, propane and charcoal bbq grills. We provide propane but not charcoal. Nearby trolly stop is a block away at The Garrison Restaurant and that brings you to all local attractions. The cottage is also situated right across the street from the start of south warren snowmobile trails and the adjacent to the lake for the winter carnival festivities including the ice castles that are a 3 minute drive from us.
