Villa with a magnificent sea view on a private garden/5min away from the beach

Magnificent and magic place based on a 270 degrees view of the sea from all parts of the villa. It has 3 bedrooms capable of sleeping up to 6-7 people. 2 of the bedrooms are directly on the pool with their private bathroom. The third is situated upstairs with an even more impressive view.
The main bedroom has air conditioning and is right on the swimming pool which is around 11 metres long by 5 meters wide in a 'kidney shape' in mosaic with a depth over 2.5 meters. This same pool overlooks the sea/
The villa was built to enable a combination of various places to eat and spend time depending on the wind conditions as well as the sun expostion.
The garden is totally closed from the outside by 2 gates with a phone opening from inside.
Multiple activities are possible with the beach close by as well as the Esterel hills behind the house.

Fantastische villa op een toplocatie

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Philippe en zijn vrouw. Zij doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Hoewel niet nieuw is de villa ruim, aangenaam en biedt het alle comfort voor een heerlijk verblijf. Het uitzicht over de baai is fantastisch. Het strand en de haven met een aantal prima restaurants liggen op enkele minuten loopafstand. Steden als Cannes, Antibes en Nice bevinden zich op korte auto afstand. De eigenaren, het huis en de omgeving garanderen een heerlijk verblijf. Absolute aanrader.

Fabulous villa with amazing views

Just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa and it was perfect. A few minutes walk to the beach however with a pool with a view like it has, we didn’t want to leave it. Philippe is lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Великолепная вилла

Мы проверили 3 замечательные недели на этой вилле. Сам дом очень уникален со своим неповторим характером, прованским стилем и историей. С большого бассейна и веранд открывается потрясающие виды на весь залив и на порт Figueirette. Вилла находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от большого пляжа со различными равлечениями. Всего 15 минут до Teoule-sur-mer и 30 минут до Канн добавляют все возможное разнообразие развлечений доступных на Cote-d'Azur. Вилла расположена на границе с заповедной зоной, где можно разнообразить отдых прогулками по горным склонам. Юго-восточное положение самого дома позволяет наслаждаться солнцем с утра до вечера. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и внимательный. Отдых был незабываемый. Обязательно вернемся сюда.

Magnificent place to stay!!!

We stayed for 3 weeks at this fabulous villa and enjoyed every single minute of our vacation. House is very unique and has a great deal of periodic features. Large pool and verandas provide astonishing views over the entire bay and port Figueirette. Just 5 minutes walk to the local beach, 15 minutes drive to Teoule-sur-mer and 30 minutes to Cannes add all possible varieties of entertainment to that place. The villa is opened to all-day sun and privat enough at the same time. The owner is very welcoming and thoughtful to every visitor and its needs. Thank you for such wonderful place! And we will definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful

We spent two beautiful weeks at this amazing property.The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing.The house is located a few steps away from the beach where one can find some very good restaurants as well.The drive to Cannes is only 20 min and goes right along the coast.The owner is very friendly and helpful - he was there immediately every time we had questions;at the same time he was very discrete and we never felt his presence,not even when the pool was being cleaned regularly as he came very early in the morning.Our dog was very welcome as well:) Looking forward to going back there,wonderful place! Trés agréable

Le sejour dans cette maison confortable a été trés jolie. Nous avons savouré beaucoup les environ paisible; quand même on pouvait arriver a la ville prochaine rapidment aussie. Nous avons bénéficier beaucoup de la proximité de la mer et aussie de la piscine qui a été tres bien nettoyé. Il a était agréable savoir que le proprietaire était dans le voisinage si nécessaire, mais ça n'avais pas dérangé notre vie privée. We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, but were also glad to have the next town nearby. The proximity of the sea was very much to our satisfaction and we also enjoyed the nicely kept swimming pool. It was also relaxing to have the owner of the house in the close neighbourhood, which did not affect our privacy, however.

Charming French Villa

We had a really wonderful two weeks holidays at Villa "Voila Bravo". Beautiful villa with amazing sea view and just 2 minutes walk from the Miramar beach. The villa is full of sun during the whole day because of its south orientation. The architecture is full of Provencal style, history and its own incomparable character. The true temptation for those who prefer classics. In reality, the pool is even better that it is on the pictures. The owner was always helpful. Easy and pleasant communication with the him adds another benefit to the villa. We will be happy to stay here next year.

Séjour fantastique a 5 mn des plages

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et surtout sa merveilleuse piscine. Le proprietaire a installé un nouveau barbecue que nous avons utilisé toute la semaine juste a coté de la piscine... et la vue sur la mer... imprenable!! Comme il faisait chaud, nous avons apprecié l'air conditionné dans la maison, ainsi que la proximité des plages. Merci encore pour l'accueil tres chaleureux.

Jolie vue ,jolie piscine

Fidèles à Théoule depuis 1994 pour les vacances d ēté nous avions choisi pour ce mois d Aout 2014 un séjour de 3 semaines dans cette villa. La vue est superbe dominant la mer et le port de la Figuerette la piscine est très belle mais équipée de chaises longues un peu basic et d un parasol cassé. L intérieur de la maison est une sorte de musé dédié aux parents du propriétaire avec les murs recouverts de tableaux peints par sa mère et des meubles anciens étiquetés "fragile ne pas toucher". La cuisine et ses ustensiles sont également d époque cuisinière, lave vaisselle, micro onde de toute premiere génération,ustensiles vieux et sales ...absence de casseroles, saladiers etc...Le propriétaire propose alors une allocation de 500 euros pour ached les objets nécessaires mais remboursables en déduction d une future location... Dommage! Les salles de bain mériteraient un coup de neuf ēgalement et une douche dans la chambre du haut serait la bienvenue. Il ne faut pas confondre prêter sa maison et la louer.

We just had a great time in this beautiful villa!

We really loved this perfectly located house with its great pool, beautiful terrace and garden and this amazing sea view. In the house we found everything we needed for our 3 weeks stay and all was clean and well-kept. Also we appreciated very much that we could reach the beach in only 2 minutes by foot and that the hiking trails start almost behind the house. The renter was always helpful, uncomplicated and super-friendly. We had a lovely holiday!

Trés belle maison

Très belle maison, bien équipée, spacieuse, propre avec une vue spectaculaire qui invite à la chaise longue. Heureusement la table de ping pong est là pour dégourdir les jambes et la piscine récompenser les efforts des joueurs. Il ne manque qu'une plancha pour faire griller la viande ! très beau séjour, très bon accueil. Tout est fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour.

Très bel emplacement et beaucoup d'espaces

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec 3 enfants dans la villa. La vue est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. La climatisation a permis de bien dormir. La maison est comfortable, et l'environnement tres calme. Les espaces pour les enfants sont très appréciables soit dans la véranda soit dans la chambre du haut. Seul ombre au tableau: les 2 salles de bains. Il manque une vraie douche, beaucoup plus pratique lorsqu'on revient de la plage qui est à quelques minutes à pied. L'absence d'un barbecue s'est aussi fait sentir, raison pour laquelle je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles et non cinq.

Charming house with great view

We were two Norwegian couples, one child (5 year) and a small dog wich spent 2 weeks in Vila Braivo in June 2013. The house is large, plenty of rooms and and the house is in typical French old style. The view is fantastic, we can see the ocean from both the front (where there is an indoor veranda) and from the pool area. We spent most of our time and ate all our meals in the pool area, where we had a cool breeze and a beautiful view. Just a few minutes away there was a large national park with lots of tracks to walk the dog, and it was a nice place to take a morning or evening walk. The beach was also just a few minutes away, with restaurants and cafès near by with lunch and dinner. There was a watersport rental, where we tried out pedalboat and cajac. It was great to see Theoule from the sea, and we saw new things we could not see from land. People in Theoule Sur Mer were friendly, and our daugther had a good time with swimming, playing on the beach, trying to speak French to waiters and picking flowers in the area. We had some trips to Cannes, Monaco and Marineland in Antibes, which was fun. Everyone that travels with children should take at trip to Marineland, or Aqualand that is the same place (but difference entrence, you can buy ticket for both). Great show and fun for all ages. There was a shopping centre near by (approx. 20 min.) that we usually shopped in, they had everything you need. It is also a small market shop a few minutes away from the house with all the necessary items. We would like to come back for another holiday some time, it was a beautiful place and suitable for both relaxing and outdoor activities.
