About this property

Holiday House with additional Sleepout to Rent Separately

This property is our home away from home retreat! Situated in a quiet dead end street just 5 mins walk down the road from the park and tennis courts. Waitarere Beach is a drive on Beach so even though we are about 3 mins drive away we prefer to take the car anyway and pack it full of boogie boards/wetsuits/towels and food for the day!! So peaceful and quiet you feel so removed from the busy city life! With 2 outdoor areas to use, there's no trouble finding a quiet spot for a lazy afternoon nap! Comfortable living area-cozy in cooler months with a heat pump and a woodburner but very sunny and warm during the summer months! This Beach house also has a 1 Bedroom sleepout that sleeps an extra 4 people. Sleepout is newly renovated and has its own bathroom, fridge/freezer, Tea/Coffee, toaster, microwave facilities and a TV with built in DVD player available at an extra $80 per night plus a $30 cleaning fee.

Plenty of areas to relax and read a book or soak up the sun. Lots of games to play with the family. Short distance to walk to beach or play tennis and also enjoy the park located a few minutes walking distance. Enjoyable stay with the family.
