Napili Lani 320 2BD Luxury with Beach Access

Napili Lani is located at the Napili Kai Resort consisting of 37 units, all privately owned. Napili Lani is not Napili Kai Beach. It is a privately owned unit. Since the resort does not manage this unit, you are NOT allowed to use their facilities except for our upper pool and grills.

This unit is a direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach with clear water, great swimming, snorkeling, and fabulous sunsets. This unit has one king-size bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking meals in this fully equipped kitchen, that features granite countertops, cabinets, and full-size kitchen appliances. Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors! Free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.

Guests can enjoy access to the upper pool and grills. Parking is available on-site, and there are no additional resort fees. Please Note: While Napili Lani is situated on the beautiful grounds of the Napili Kai Beach Resort, it is part of a separate association and does not include access to the resort's amenities. This includes but is not limited to, the pools, lobby services, beach towels, housekeeping, or maintenance provided by Napili Kai. I would have rated the stay excellent except for the mold in the bathroom. Napili Kai has been our favorite resort since the 90’s. We did love the location of this unit and with the grass right out the back patio. The unit was well stocked with items in the kitchen, beach towels & chairs.

The location was just beautiful. The ocean right in front. The place was stocked with just about anything you would need. Our family enjoyed lots of quality time together. There are restaurants steps away and shops not too far of a drive.

Very well appointed condo with spectacular bay & ocean views - even the nighttime views are gorgeous with the lights reflecting on the water. Quiet & private but close to restaurants & shopping. The bay is lovely to swim in for both young & old. Very pleased with our 11 night stay.

Paradise between two of the best Beaches on Maui

This was my first experience with VRBO. What a great property- it was exactly as the photos documented. Nicely appointed, plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms. 2 bath and pull out coach. Beach chairs and towels / ice chest- all supplied. AC and Washer/Dryer. Steps from Kapalua and Napilli bays. Close to shopping and our Favorite restaurant-Merrimans. Romantic sunsets- on the lanai. We highly recommend this property, and will rent there again.

Doesn’t Get Much Better

This was a great place for a family of four to spend a week. The ocean is right off the back porch with a short walk to multiple beach options. Nothing beats going to sleep hearing the waves crash below. Clean, easy parking, and a full kitchen saves a lot of money on constantly dining out at expensive Maui restaurants. Only thing I would change is the room safe - too small for laptops.

Spectacular ocean views

Awesome location with spectacular views of the ocean. Nothing better than being on your own patio listening to the waves. Easy access to two beach options. You will need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Decor and furniture in the unit are worn and need to be replaced. Pull out couch is so uncomfortable that it’s unusable. Primary bedroom is not completely private - has a 3/4 wall and Japanese screen door separating it from the living room.

Nicest place within Napili Kai

4 adults, one infant, one other adult who slept in a separate unit. Oceanfront. Everything was perfect except we had to go out a buy some coffee filters. Roku TV worked well once I figured out there was an on-off button on the Roku remote (our home Roku's are just players w/ no power buttons. Really appreciated the washer/dryer - could have packed a little lighter had I read the description more carefully. Expensive, but worth it!

Location and view were incredible. Perfectly sized place for two adults and two teenagers. Great to have beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling flippers available. Literally steps from a beautiful beach. Beds were comfortable. Lanai was incredible. Check-in and check-out were easy and property mgmt company was responsive. Would like to have had bar soap or body wash for shower included. Bathrooms and kitchen could use a refresh. Second bathroom/bedroom had a slight musty smell and some mildew on bathroom ceiling.

Napili Lanai 320 is a peacefull setting overlooking Napili beach. We were luled to sleep each night by the gentle lapping of the ocean on the shore, and woke up each morning to the view of the beach and ocean.The access to the beach is easy by going out the front door and through the pool area adjacent to the unit, this is a benefit as you do not have other guests walking through the lawn.The owners thoughtfully provide beach chairs and many beach towels. Laundry in the room is a big convenience.The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in, including all the basic spices and cooking oils. And the Lanai is better than any table at the resturants. But that said the Sea House has Breakfast Lunch and Diner if you are not up to prepping meals every day. Several top notch restaurants are neaby as well.We will seek this one out on future trips.

One week of paradise

The four of us (three adults, one toddler) truly our stay here and hope to be back! The entire property is well stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen to beach day essentials. You cannot beat the easy beach access, and the sunsets on the lanai were out of this world. My only “issue” (a minor one) is the furniture, fixtures, and carpet / flooring are all quite dated, and could use a refresh. Also, it would be great to have a better door/entry mat as it’s tough to avoid bringing sand inside otherwise. Would be ideal if there is a way to access the back year without going through the condo (that way you could hose off feet / belongings before bringing them inside.) Overall, a lovely spot and we plan to be back!

Beautiful stay in Hawaii

Such a great location and the view is out of this world. We stayed in this condo over 25 years ago and knew exactly the view we would be getting. The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay from all the kitchen things you need to beach chairs, snorkeling gear.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
