There’s just something so special about this little cottage in Maine. This was our second time staying here, and honestly, coming back felt like returning to a place that already holds a special piece of our hearts.We fell in love with it the first time we stayed, and our second visit was just as wonderful. It’s cozy, peaceful, charming, and has everything we could ever want for a relaxing Maine getaway. We love the location, the quiet surroundings, and how easy it is to slow down and just enjoy being together.Some places are simply somewhere you stay, and others become part of your memories. This cottage is definitely the latter for us. Clean and comfortable rustic beach house right on the ocean. We watched sunrise every morning. Watched the lighthouses come on at night. Majestic ocean watching and beach walking. A perfect coastal getaway.

This was the perfect property for us and our "fur babies," particularly during the off-season -they were able to run on the beach every day. The cottage itself is very cute and well done. Two concerns going in were (1) would it be warm enough? - it was; and (2) would the wifi work as we both needed to be online - it was fine. This is a great spot.

Magical Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here! It is truly a paradise setting! The sound of the waves were beyond relaxing! We loved walking to the island at low tide and visiting Boothbay Harbor one day. Owners are great. Thanks for sharing your cottage!

Wonderful vacation at Popham Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Popham Beach. The beach is so beautiful. We just loved walking the beach. There is so much to do nearby too. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Deb's email communication is timely and very clear.

We had a fabulous week at Popham Beach. The beach is incredible and we enjoyed walking it every day. There are a lot of other activities within driving distance as well as great restaurants. The cottage was just perfect for the two of us but would have worked well if other family would have been able to join us. Clean, easy access, comfortable, amazing views, walks on the beach, hear and smell the ocean... all the comforts you need / expect for cottage... only complaint is parking a little tight for full sized p/u (Tundra) and wife's car - but managable.. Overall - Excellent Choice for small family 2 couples
