Wonderful place to stay in Zona Romantica right in the heart of the Old Town; and right on Los Muertos beach with fine dining restaurants and shopping close by.

A vacation by the beach is the perfect way to rekindle your romance. Sadly, this is not something many can afford especially due to the rising prices of accommodation in hotels. However, at Puerto Vallarta this will never crop up as a problem at all. Plaza Mar condo rentals are so affordable even during the peak season that it makes taking a vacation by the Los Muertos beach a dream come true for many.

Plaza Mar 204 is just the right condo for you. This two bedroom condo on the second floor and is well equipped with all the modern facilities and amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. As soon as you enter the condo the first thing that you will notice about this condo is the warm colored fabrics used to furnish the condo and the exquisite Mexican artifacts and paintings that adds a quintessential charm to the condo. The condo has a huge double balcony that offers an excellent view of the Old Town below and limited view of the ocean. The wrap around the balcony is another major plus point. Both the master bedroom and the living room leads into the balcony which is a great place for you sit and enjoy your dinner with your partner.

The kitchen in Plaza Mar 204 has all the basic appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and fridge. The kitchen is also fully ready with dishes, pots and pans and silverware that you can use during your stay.

The master bedroom has one king’s size bed that accommodates two people comfortably. The second bedroom has two single beds or they can be put together to make a king’s size bed when required. Both the bedrooms have their own bathrooms that are neat and tidy and have all the modern facilities.
The master bedroom and the living room both have TVs with cable TV. There is a CD player that you can use in the living room. You can do your laundry at the roof top which also has an outdoor pool when you can hang out and relax.

The Los Muertos beach has several attractions and activities that you can take part in such as diving, surfing, skiing and much more. You are right in Old Town (Zona Romantica) steps away from some of the best fine dining restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. All in all opting to stay at the Plaza Mar 204 will be the highlight of your vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Another great stay at a GREAT Building

This is my fifth stay at Plaza Mar and my first time staying in Unit 204, but without a doubt, every Plaza Mar experience is enjoyable. You simply cannot beat the location, in the heart of, and within walking to everything you could ever need and/or want. Plaza Mar is truly authentic Mexican charm at it's finest. The Property Owner of Unit 204 (John) was accessible and responsive to ay issues that arose (and there was only one very small small small small one). Do not be concerned about being directly above Serrano's Meathouse, there was negligible inconvenience from the kitchen exhaust (on the vary back and side of the BEAUTIFUL wraparound balcony) and what there was and extremely mild delicious aroma of delicious food being prepared and absolutely NO noise from same. You are right on the Malecon, so If you like people watching, Plaza Mar is the place for you, or if peace and quiet is your thing, close the doors and enjoy the air conditioned authentic Mexican charm.

I loved this unit because it came with a huge balcony and it is located right in the heart of old town. It's beachfront with partial views of the ocean. I also love the fact that it also fronts on a beautiful park,shops and restaurants.
