Large Condo with two bedrooms, each with a master full bath. 1st bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed, flat screen and full bath. 2nd bedroom sleeps 6 with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with pull out trundle. 2nd bedroom has a 42" flat screen and full bath. Condo features a fully applianced and utensiled kitchen, dining area that seats 6, living room area with a very large sectional, 55" HDTV, DVD, Free Wi-Fi, A/C, Gas Fireplace and large outdoor deck. Includes all linens and towels.

All inclusive facility includes a full recreation center featuring indoor heated pool and hot tub, cardio and weight rooms, locker rooms, 3 saunas, outdoor hot tub and seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor racquet ball court and family game room. NEW barbecue and picnic area just added.

In the Heart of the White Mountains: Conveniently located 1 mile off I-93, near Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch and The Kancamagus Pass. The Nordic Inn provides a traveler with excellent, home like accommodations combined with the amenities of a resort.

There is plenty to do in Lincoln, including dining, shopping, and family activities. Walking distance to town. Ski fans will enjoy the abundance of skiing possibilities. Great Stay!!

Great condo! Plenty of room for everyone! It is fully equipped, the only thing we wish there was more of was bath towels. One per person went very quickly, and laundry is in the basement. You can’t beat the location..right near Clark’s Trading Post and Whale’s Tale and many restaurants, some within walking distance! We will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 had a beautiful time in the mountains.

The property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located near the base of Loon Mountain and a beautiful drive to many other fun activities. The condo was thoughtfully put together and had plenty of board games, blankets, etc. The kitchen was a nice surprise as it was fully stocked with little things you wouldn't think of needing. The pool area and hot tubs are clean and my children loved using the racquetball court. We will definitely be renting again.

Wonderful winter escape

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely located in Lincoln so skiing was convenient. The Loon shuttle came frequently, but we chose to drive since it was not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc....just like a home kitchen. That made relaxing and eating in after a full day of skiing very easy. There was a pool and a hot tub, but we were too busy skiing to use it. Maybe next time. Thank you

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au condo de Éric. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème, les instructions pour accéder à l'immeuble étaient très complètes. L'endroit est très propre et il y a suffisamment d'espace pour une famille de 4 et tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas. La piscine intérieure et extérieure est un gros avantage. C'est un bel endroit central pour accéder à plusieurs activités de plein-air dans cette région (randonnée, vélo de montagne, etc.). La petite ville de Lincoln dispose de tous les services à proximité. Nous recommandons cet endroit et y retournerons éventuellement. Merci !

Nice unit and amenities in a great area

We were happy with our unit at the Nordic Inn. It was clean, and well equipped with everything we would need. Only gripe was the master bed was not very comfortable. However, we would probably stay here again. The area was great with all the things on our list to do. Owner was easy to work with, and the complex has nice amenities.

Spacious, clean, comfy, perfect!

This condo was the perfect place to light after hiking in Franconia Notch. The bedrooms are large and each have a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. There were bathrooms in both rooms as well as large closets with extra blankets and some games that came in handy. The kitchen had everything needed, even a salad spinner that I was happy to find. I often find that people leave the worst utensils in their rental, but even the knives were sharp! We did have one question about the AC and Eric answered the phone and our question on our first call. The unit cooled the entire apartment at night. The kids loved the pool, and hot tub. I peeked at the gym and it was clean and very well equipped. If we hadn't hiked all day I would have definitely spent time there. All in all this is a great affordable family get away spot!

A surprise vacation for the kids on a long holiday weekend led me to finding Erics condo on homeaway. Eric was very quick to respond and his unit was nice (minus the broken lamp amongst a few things around the unit) while it was clean and spacious and exactly suiting for our family of 5, my main issue lied in the building/resort itself. It was very outdated and appeared something right out of the set of the bates motel. The employees working in the facility were very unfriendly and rude. Our first night there we wanted to take the kids to the pool (5,7,8 year olds in a 4 hour car drive called for some playtime) the woman at the front desk was quick to eject us from the area promptly @ 8:45pm and disappointing the kids and then proceeded to walk us to the elevator like we were outcasts in her 1970s facility...the remaining days led to similar treatment. Nice condo but unfortunately due to the crass help we won't be returning

Comfortable condo for a very fair price.

Myself and 4 friends stayed a weekend this Fall in Eric's condo. There is ample parking available. The unit has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 bunk beds: consisting of 1 full and 3 twin mattresses) and 2 full bathrooms. There is a living room with a very comfortable couch and large TV. The kitchen is very clean and well stocked--we were able to find everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners in the condo during our stay. The Nordic Inn is conveniently located in Lincoln near many great hiking spots throughout the year and equally great skiing during the winter. My friends were continually impressed that we found such great lodging at an affordable price. I would definitely try to stay at Eric's condo again on future trips to the White Mountains.

PERFECT PROPERTY!

We loved our stay at Eric's condo. We stayed at this condo over Memorial Day weekend and had an awesome time. Great location. Only a minutes drive from main attractions. The condo was perfect for 4 of us. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything you can need. Eric is the great owner to deal with. We called him about fans in bedrooms and fans were delivered within minutes. There is no AirConditioning in the bedrooms. Only in living room. Also there were no shampoo and short supply of hand soap. But overall there was very nice stay. I would recommend Eric's condo to others. Thank you Eric! We had great vacation!
