We had no problems with check in. We arrived at 2:00 and rooms ready by 3:00. We were in building 20 12th floor. Had a great view from window. We could see the fireworks in distance at Hollywood, Epcot and Magic. Easy access to Disney. Also right across from town of Celebration. Publix grocery across the street. Always clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Weather was a little cold. From here we also visit town of Winter Park and museums. We stayed before in building 19 also nice in back of property, pool side has nice view overlooking wooded area.

The staff out in Vacation village are customer friendly. We were given a newer unit with pool views and and we also had a distant view of fire works from Disney world parks. Proximity to Disney parks is a big plus. The pools are heated and our family had a good time in the pool and spa.In our stay of 7 days in this resort we were expecting a mid week full cleaning of the unit but it was just the linens and towel change. This is our only feedback for improvement. Overall our experience was very nice and would highly recommend for families visiting Disney Parks.
