About this property

North beach condo, cute, cozy and clean.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a a mile from the mall, interstate, minutes to the beach. It's clean, cozy and comfortable.
2 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, queen sized beds in each room. I have, sleeps 6 guest because I have people ask me all the time to allow more. They just bring sleeping bags or air mattresses or something. In addition to the large rooms and nicely decorated living room. There is a cute little office/study area that is separate and you can close the door to get away and get your work done.
There is one assigned parking spot and one guest parking spot as well. Both will require you to hang the parking passes that are provided. It's imperative that you do not leave these behind because you will be charged 150.00 replacement fee. There are external cameras for protection, safety and keeping the guest count accurate.

No Additional guest or visitors at all. They would need to be added to the reservation in advance. Send Pic of valid ID.
Use the parking pass and park in the designated spot so that you don't get towed. Drop pass in the basket when you so you get your deposit back.
If using our linens, please have a load of towels in dryer and sheets in washer, trash bagged, dishes started in dishwasher. Keeps cleaning cost down.
