The location of Villa Los Feliz is superb being only 5 minutes from downtown Hollywood & Universal Studios, 15 min from Beverly Hills World Famous Rodeo Drive, and close to all of the amenities that Los Angeles has to offer. The home is nestled in a lush, quiet, tree lined street amongst many Hollywood celebrities.
