Whether you are coming to town for the amazing wine, ample sunshine, great restaurants, or a family event, we promise that you`ll enjoy your time at Grant House. Newly renovated and impeccably decorated, Grant House exudes a true mid-century modern `Palm Springs` vibe.

Located minutes from everything Walla Walla has to offer and every amenity has been provided. It is a comfortable home with a private heated pool (open May through September) and a 6-person HOT TUB (open year round).

Please note: The hot tub will be clean upon your arrival. Follow all posted rules at the property for the using the hot tub. If the hot tub needs drained, cleaned and filled after your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed.

Perfect for up to 6 adults. 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed.

10 pm outside noise ordinance strictly enforced

Adult-Only property. All guests must be age 18+

This is a pet-friendly property with 2 dogs maximum and a $100 flat fee. Must be in the reservation. The cancellation policy applies to pets too. Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at The Grant House! All of us agreed we would stay there again. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well-equipped, the pool and backyard were lovely and a wonderful place to relax!

As usual, the property was clean and inviting! We love the set up of the kitchen, nice big fridge and ice and water through the door. The pool is spectacular, and the new umbrellas are a fantastic upgrade! The grant house is by far one of our favorite! Hopefully we’ll be back next year! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

This is a perfect property. It is well managed and beautifully maintained. The pool is heated and we had a blast in both the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and everything was labeled that we needed. Close to downtown. I personally really appreciated the bottle of wine and free tasting that was left to us when we checked in. It was such a lovely touch and we truly enjoyed our time in walla walla! Will definitely book again!

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect for our weekend get away! It was a good size to deal with many girls and the pool area is amazing! We had to contact the management property twice during the weekend and Alexa answered was so kind and responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

Pool and hot tub was clean and temperature just right. Kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, serving plates and cooking utensils. Could use an extra luggage rack in the queen bedroom since it’s small.

Wine tasting with friends

Our girls trip to the Walla Walla area for wine tasting was lovely. The house was clean, the pool perfect, the location and other amenities were great. We only had some slight confusion working the TV and outdoor cushions…not a big deal at all. Other than that, check in and check out were easy and would recommend this property and stay again.

This home was just what was advertised. The pool and hot tub were major attractors and they didn't disappoint. The home is well equipped and really too much for just the two of us. But, we wanted the pool! Seamless check in and check out, clean home and centrally located to down town Walla Walla. Would definitely stay again.

Pool Perfect!

Thank you great place to stay for 3 couples. Was great to come back from golfing and jump in the pool. Few things.. light above bed in downstairs it out and no screens on upstairs far bedroom so can open windows , no AC in bedrooms.Otherwise fantastic!

Thank you for your 5 star review. All lights are checked prior to guest arrival and at departure. The burned out bulb above the has been replaced. Grant house has central air throughout the home for guest comfort year round.

Beautiful Home

The property was above and beyond what we were expecting. They even had amenities like shampoo and makeup remover wipes. The only think was the oven didn't work.

Great House!

We loved our stay at this property! The backyard was perfect with the pool and the hot tub, plus plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all very nice. The downstairs suite was super spacious and nice as well. The only issue we encountered was that one of the upstairs bathrooms was a bit of a tight squeeze, and although there were 3 sitting rooms, each of them didn’t quite have enough seating for our whole party. Other than those two small issues, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Location and amenities.

For our group of 3 couples exploring the vineyards of Walla Walla this was an easy location to every district. The park with an Avery was a nice little walk in the mornings. the backyard with pool and Jacuzzi awesome. Kitchen with all we needed. I want to let management know the wine fridge is great but wasn't working ((not keeping temperature) We would rent again when we return to Walla Walla.
