Amazing Beachfront Penthouse

This new beautiful penthouse is located a few miles from Progreso and Chicxulub. Its amazing views and stylish spaces will allow you to fully enjoy the Yucatan paradise in a relaxing vacation.

Its unique private rooftop terrace provides stunning views of the ocean in the front and the mayan jungle in the back. They will take your breath away as you watch the sunset from your own small plunge pool.

Three rooms are found within the apartment, and you will find the 4th room in the back pool area, ideal for extra privacy. It also has a mezzanine with sofa, The whole apartment has A/Cs, it has a fully equiped kitchen, a 65" Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

The property is located in a condo with only six apartments. It has a main beachfront pool and a small pool in the back for kids. The ocean is calm and quite shallow, ideal for children, or for having a nice bath.

If you are looking for a more adventurous plan, long-term stays are ideal in this culture-rich area. In addition to the beach, you can enjoy taking day-trips and driving to endless cultural and recreational activities in the Yucatan Peninsula: Dzibilchaltún, Chichen Itza and Uxmal (Mayan ruins), different cenotes (cave rivers), Celestún (flaming lagoons), beautiful haciendas, or the pintoresque streets of Merida (1 hr. drive). There is a discount for monthly rentals.

Paraiso tranquilo y hermoso

La propiedad se encuentra enfrente de una hermosa playa cristalina y tranquila con poco oleaje ideal para nadar. El penthouse cuenta con todo, cómo comodidad, servicio de limpieza y cocina excepcional por parte de la Señora Leydi que es muy amable y servicial; también Mariana, la dueña de la propiedad, es muy amable y estuvo muy al pendiente de que todo estuviera en orden para hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran más que perfectas.
