Luxurious 2 bedroom condo in the heart of South Beach. The condo was recently renovated to the highest level and offers a modern design with a Miami Beach flair. The building is steps away from the world famous Lincoln Road, a short walk to the beach, Sunset Harbor and other attractions. Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The condo has a washer/dryer and comes with one assigned garage parking.
Please note: a refundable damage deposit fee is collected 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out.
- Quiet time between 9pm - 9am.
- Booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.
- We require main guest to send a photo of their ID/DL passport prior to check in
- This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.
