Our large open floor plan is fabulous featuring a living/dining room combo. All 2-bedroom apartments. have a private lanai for your enjoyment.
Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen for cooking including a refrigerator, oven and gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also provided are pots/pans, plates, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
The Apt. has A/C, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceiling fans. Apt. is outfitted with a flat-screen TV and remotes.
On-site coin-operated Laundry facilities are located on every other floor of our building for your convenience.
Parking is based on availability, and we offer the best daily rate in town at $12 p/day or any portion thereof. Please let us know in advance if you need parking.
Check-In and Check-Out times are better than a Hotel! Check-in at 3:00 pm and Check-out at 12:00 Noon. No Worries about Contactless checking in and checking out, we will have instructions for checking in and out of your Apt. using our convenient Lock-box system.
Any booking over 180 nights may incur additional charges.

This was my 11th trip to Oahu but my first time staying in this property. The property was quite spacious and as shown in the pictures. It actually was quite large and suited my Mother and I perfectly. It’s close proximity to Kuhio, shopping, restaurants made getting around quite easy. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The on site Manager, Zoraida, was very friendly, helpful and responded to any concerns very quickly. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay in at this property when I next visit the island. Aloha & Mahalo for a great place to hang our hats during our month long stay,

We don't have mold in our building. We use superior cleaning agents when a tenant moves out for prevention. There is no mold on the wooden floor in front of your bathroom. It's just an older plank.
You mistaken something else that has nothing to do with mold.
About the TV: you had Spectrum service in your unit, we are paid for high-speed internet for $94.99 and a TV select package for $134.24 every month. Then you requested an extra streaming Xumo box on December 20th, which we installed for your convenience.
The issue was not with the Spectrum service we provided but the lack of using a smart TV. We have in house maintenance office on the ground floor open 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM every day. They are attending all tenant's needs, 3 people working in the building every day. You should have been able to resolve these matters in a matter of hours, not weeks with them, since that's why they work there to help all tenants with their needs.
Every unit has extra extension cords, usually placed under the TV in the drawer. If you have asked the maintenance they would have given you one, since it's stored on the 7th-floor maintenance closet on the same floor. The refrigerator in the hallway was removed about 3 weeks, not left there for 6 weeks. It was the maintenance people's decision, who had no place left downstairs, and was waiting for the City and County set pick up date to bring it down to the street pick up.We appreciate our tenants by caring for their needs.
We were forced to live in a different apartment than the one listed for over a week (much smaller rooms) with no extra compensation. We were also charged nearly $100 for leaving less than an hour after our check-out time, even though this did not affect the cleaning crew. Overall, nice place but rude and inconsiderate management

We are surprised that you are still upset about a simple proper fee.
The 2-bedroom apartment, that we provided for over a week, unit 501B, was actually a larger unit in size than the 703B 2-bedroom unit.
We were considerate to provide you with a similar unit since the tenants in the 703B unit extended and decided not to leave at the last minute. Sometimes this happens beyond our expectations and we have to consider all tenants and their safety.
The move-out time was at noon and you were in the apartment almost till 2 PM. The cleaning crew waited more than an hour, and after they left the building, being on a Sunday.
We had new tenants move into the same apartment 703B on that Sunday as well. The new tenant could not move in 703B, because you were late for moving out and the cleaners left. We had to accommodate the new tenants in another apartment for an overnight stay, which cost another cleaning fee for us and other costs while we charged you a late move-out fee of only $84.78 which was less, than what we had to pay out for the cleaning and moving in and out issues.
These fees were all explained in the lease agreement, which all of you have signed. We charged accordingly.
We tried the best way to accommodate you and your friends, we provided beach gear and among other things to make you all comfortable.
If you are late in a hotel, you are being charged the same way everywhere, no exception. It's perfectly legal to charge for late move-out fees, especially when we had more costs incurred than what we charged you for.
We appreciate all of our tenants and hope you will finally accept the terms you originally agreed to in the lease.
This owner neglected to provide updated photos on VRBO and the breakdown of communication started shortly after arriving. This unit underwent a renovation which included a second bedroom but the second bedroom has walls that are paper thin. Pets are allowed. This unit faces the sun so extreme heat was an issue and we asked for black out curtains which were installed. There is no closet anywhere but there is a clothing rack. Marta lack of communication was very disrespectful and we cut our holiday short. The noise level from the street traffic and the other condos near this building is extreme. The furniture is outdated and you get what you pay for. No working fire alarms upon arrival was disturbing as was not being provided with a fire extinguishers.
