L'Olivier Tropical indoor pool, spa, sauna

I rent my main home during my absences (zero six) single storey house, with garage, three bedrooms and large living room dining room, a bathroom in the house, a second bathroom in the outbuilding with the spa and the sauna (seventy-eight) The swimming pool is covered by a high shelter, which can remain closed or open according to the weather conditions (eighty six) it is heated by a heat pump and the automatic treatment is bromine .(twenty three)
The swimming pool runs from April 1 to October 15, the jacuzzi until the end of November and the sauna all year long
Canal + TNT and satellite TV in the living room (LED) and the parent bedroom, TV TNT LCD in the other two bedrooms and pool, internet access, ping pong, table football and bicycles are also waiting for you.(eighty one)
Very nice house, in a quiet area, on the banks of the Garonne, ideal for resting with the family, everything is provided for the idleness a big part of the year, the temperature of the swimming pool does not go down below 27 ° and goes up up to 31 ° ...

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Check in und check out war völlig problemlos. Unser Hund konnte in der Garonne schwimmen. Supermärkte sind gut erreichbar. Für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern war das Freizeitangebot mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Whirlpool und Pool perfekt. Das Haus ist technisch sehr gut ausgestattet mit amerikanischem Kühlschrank inkl. Icemaker (cubes und crushed), Heißluftfritteuse, Gasgrill und Tischgrill, sowie 2 Nespresso Kaffeemaschinen und eine Teemaschine, Standmixer, etc. Die großen Fernseher (smart) im Wohnzimmer und Main Bedroom bieten die Möglichkeit einen Filmabend zu machen. Klimageräte im Main Bedroom und Wohnzimmer sorgen auch bei großer Hitze für angenehme Temperaturen. Reinigungsmittel inkl. Guter Staubsauger vorhanden. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck. Scharfe Messer, Schneidebretter, Töpfe und Pfannen etc. ist alles in guter Menge und Qualität vorhanden. Auch Handtücher und Strandhandtücher sind reichlich vorhanden.Durch die Nähe zum Wasser gibt es natürlich Mücken. Die Fenster der Schlafräume sind alle mit Insektenschutzgittern versehen. Dennoch empfiehlt es sich Mückenschutz mitzunehmen. Wir haben bisher kein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gehabt und haben die Zeit und das schöne Wetter und alle Features des Hauses wirklich sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Roger Bordes-es war ein toller Urlaub!

Nous sommes enchantés par cette location, dont les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. La maison est très confortable, très moderne, la piscine est magnifique et le jacuzzi formidable. Il y a deux belles terrasses couvertes pour profiter de l'extérieur au maximum. Nous avons été ravis de faire la connaissance de Roger Bordes qui est un propriétaire aux petits soins pour sa maison et qui fait en sorte que ses locataires s'y sentent bien. Et c'est réussi ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour et d'ailleurs nous souhaitons louer à nouveau pour de futures vacances. Mille mercis Monsieur Bordes pour ce séjour et heureux aussi d'avoir fait votre connaissance grâce à ces vacances à Muret. Au plaisir de vous revoir . Chantal et sa petite tribu

Très belles vacances à Muret

Très belles vacances. La maison et son environnement sont conformes au descriptif. Se relaxer dans la piscine, le spa ou le sauna est un plaisir énorme. Nous recommandons ces lieux à qui veut passer des vacances au calme avec un confort très intéressant..

Parfaites vacances dans une superbe maison!

Encore merci M. Bordes pour votre gentillesse et l'accueil réservé dans votre maison. La piscine, le jacuzzi, la terrasse à l'ombre, la plancha, l'air conditionné dans la chambre ... autant d'éléments qui nous ont fait passer d'excellentes vacances. Sans oublier tout les jeux pour les enfants qui étaient disponibles. Enfin, les visites de Toulouse, Foix, Cordes-sur-ciel, Albi, ... étaient particulièrement plaisantes. A bientôt ! Un petit coin de paradis!

Maison parfaitement fidèle aux photos et à la description...... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a eu la délicatesse de nous envoyer régulièrement des photos, nouvelles, et informations avant notre arrivée! Propreté de la maison et des abords irréprochable. Calme total. Il semblerait que tout soit pensé pour un confort absolu des occupants (tout automatisé)..... Le propriétaire nous avait prévenu qu'une station d'épuration était implantée au bout du chemin non loin de la maison, mais que cela ne vous effraie pas, elle ne dégage strictement aucune odeur! N'hésitez pas une seconde, foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas...... De loin la meilleure location que nous n'ayons jamais prise!!!!

Super séjour à Muret

Nous avons passé 2 semaines, à 4 personnes, au mois de juillet 2014 dans cette maison très confortable, moderne et au calme. Le propriétaire nous a très aimablement accueillis et était joignable tout pendant le séjour. Il nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la région. Nous n'oublierons jamais les moments paisibles et agréables que nous avons passés à la piscine et le SPA. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location de vacances proche de Toulouse et non loin de Carcassonne.
