A stunning luxury beachfront retreat, Villa Vamar is a newly renovated 4-bedroom property which sits directly on one of Providenciales most beautiful beaches, Taylor Bay Beach. The home is a 5,400 sq/ft home with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 full/2 half); including its own guest house, volleyball court, kayaks, pool, fruit groves, and white sand beach. If you want to explore, the home is a 15-minute drive to Provo’s resort area, known as Grace Bay, with restaurants, shopping and attractions.

The villa is comprised of one main building which has the kitchen, dining room, living room, den, primary bedroom, second bedroom, and third bedroom. The 4th bedroom is in the guest house which also has its own kitchen and living area. Luxurious open living space is decorated in a soft and soothing palette, with doors that can be opened for continuous enjoyment of the turquoise water. Recently upgraded with brand-new televisions throughout the property. Cable service is available in the main living room and the guest house, while all other TVs are equipped with smart features for easy access to streaming apps. Taylor Bay Beach is just steps away from the house to the beach. It’s a beautiful cove with shallow waters that offer a child-safe retreat in a lovely setting. You’ll find secluded, sugar white sand and ankle to knee deep ocean for hundreds of feet out. Beachfront, you have your own private beach side lounge chairs, sun canopy and outdoor daybeds.

Great location, great house, especially for those with small kids

Amazing location on Taylor Bay Beach. The house is spectacular and appropriately decorated. Our only issue was the washing machine was a bit schizophrenic on the controls, but very minor issue. I would go back.

Beautiful place.

House was amazing. Location was the best on the island. Didn’t like being made to leave with a Hurricane nearing the island since it was pretty obvious it wouldn’t take a direct hit.

Unfortunately when your departing flight was cancelled we were not able to extend your stay due to hurricane Fiona. We followed the recommendation of the Turks & Caicos government and prepared for the storm. In an effort to make the move to a resort easier the property manager called a number of hotels to confirm availability for your group. It took a team of 4 several hours after your check out to prepare the house for impact. Beach House was without power for 24+ hours. Elite takes both the safety of our guests, and the protection of the homes very seriously. Ultimately we’re happy that your group, our local team, and the island remained safe. Best Wishes!

Perfection!

This home was perfect for our family of nine adults. The decor and landscaping were beautiful. So many flowers to greet you at the front and the quality of the furnishings were very nice. We loved Taylor Bay with its warm, clear, calm and shallow waters. Driving to town was no big deal, only about 20 minutes. We were looking for a rental that had both a pool and was beachfront and this did not disappoint! All nine of us would definitely recommend this home! We felt very lucky to have stayed there.

There truly isn't a better house on the beach in this area of TC, especially if you have kids. The house is stocked with everything that you would need, has a great pool, lounge chairs/umbrellas at the beach, etc. Everyone else comes to Taylor Bay to enjoy the beach but has to bring EVERYTHING With them, but we just had to walk in our backyard to relax and enjoy the water.

Ah, this is REAL vacation living!

Jake, the property manager was very responsive and thorough and the property was very well maintained.Between the pool and direct access to the beach we couldn't have asked for more. The property can easily sleep 12+ people between the main property which has 3 bedrooms, one of which has 4 bunks and the separate sleeping quarters above the garage with its own bedroom, kitchen and washroom.

The property is exactly as described. Stunning and perfect setting for a quiet family vacation. Can sleep up to 12 people. Has 3 bedrooms in the main compound, one of which has 4 bunks and can easily sleep 8 people in the bedrooms extras on pullout couches and couches in the large main living area. Also has a separate (above garage) building close to the main structure that has 1 bedroom, a pullout couch and it's own kitchen as well which can sleep an additional 4 people. 2 stacked laundry rooms as well and a great kitchen! Very comfortable setting, clean and grounds are well maintained. We did enjoy the odd ripe fig from the fig trees and Jake the property manager is super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely highly recommend it to anyone.

The house is beautiful and we were very comfortable and felt very safe at the house. You could stay there and never leave if you so desired because of all of the things that the house has to offer...the beach, the pool, and the sports activities...though we did go to other parts of the island to snorkel and SNUBA. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals for our group inside and grilled outdoors as well. The property concierge, Jake, was wonderful and answered all of our questions and made sure that everything was just right.
