My apartment has 45sqm, 2 air conditioners, living room with very comfortable sofa bed, LED TV, DVD, cable TV, wifi, 2 ceiling fans, bedroom with a double bed, closets, bench, bathroom with abundant shower and well equipped kitchen with washing machine.
The property is very cozy and quiet besides being close to the subway and the beach.
My space is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families (with kids).

O apartamento é melhor do que as fotos mostram. Todo reformado e muito aconchegante. Tínhamos até dificuldade de sair de lá, pois nos sentíamos em casa. Apartamento completinho, cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários, banheiro lindo com três duchas ótimas, a iluminação do ap é impecável, além de ser tudo lindo e organizado. A localização nem se fala, 1 quadra da praia e muito bem localizado, com farmácia e mercado super pertinho e de fácil acesso para qualquer lugar. A Bel que é a proprietária foi maravilhosa desde o início, sempre muito solícita, nos recebeu super bem e se colocou a disposição sempre que precisamos de algo. Realmente nos sentimos em casa. Foi uma experiência ótima!!!!
