Dishwasher didn't work. I had to ring after hours emergency number to find out where the room key was and to get the code to get the key.

Thank you for your review and feedback. After reading your review we have replaced the dishwasher as we were unaware that there was an issue. As we do with all of our guests we email check in instructions the day before your arrival but I can see the email we sent you has been delivered but still not opened. Thank you for choosing to stay with Seascape Holidays and we hope to see you back in Port Douglas soon.
