About this property

This is a large well kept condo with 2150 sf of space. It includes a master suite with king sized bed, 2 guest bedrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, family room and breakfast nook off the kitchen, 2.5 baths. Cable and Wifi are available for ease of communication while in the woods. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and access to a private beach with pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Beautiful, quiet, spacious condo

Condo was beautifully decorated with unique art and with a warm and cozy feeling. Master bedroom is huge. Bed was a bit soft for us, and one of the other bedroom’s bed is firmer. Two balconies, one right off the master bedroom, the other upstairs. The condo is right up against the forest which was gorgeous after a foot of snow. We saw a large coyote run through the parking area back into the woods, a beautiful sight! Being up the hill, there are amazing views of the lake and sunsets! We will definitely stay here again next visit.

Nice place

This unit is at the back of the development and the forest views are beautiful. We did see a bear back there one evening. Unit was comfortable and well stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved our short week here, wish we could have stayed longer! The house was spacious, well equipped and well loved - the perfect home away from home. The property grounds were beautiful and sprawling with the most magnificent views of the lake as you drove down to the road. We backed on to the state forest with fabulous access to trails and wildlife spotting. One of the best things was that the house was super dog friendly - our Aussie adored it! Very close to Tahoe City and the rest of North Tahoe with shops and restaurants. Loved it here so much. Would stay again and again! Thank you
