Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable weekend in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home 4 1/2 miles from Cornell University and 7.2 miles from Ithaca College
The main/master bedroom with private bathroom has a queen -sized bed, as well as 3 more rooms with queen beds which all have TVs. The remaining room is furnished with a twin sized bed which also has a TV.
The bathroom upstairs has two sinks. The entire house sleeps nine people comfortably.
The newly updated kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all necessary pots, pans, dishes and spices.
Eat dinner on our new stone patio or play outdoor games in our large yard
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as our beautiful gorges all around the area, our friend's brewery just down the road or the Finger Lakes Wine trail

Great vacation home that is close to Cornell. Wonderful place to stay for Cornell Graduation.

Very clean and cozy home that is close to restaurants, Cornell and other area attractions. Owner is responsive to questions and makes the check in process easy.

Feel VERY lucky to find this amazing house. Convenient to campus. Spacious. Great house for large group. Best part = owner great communicator. She made a great stay even better. Nice Brew Tap House next door.

Amazing stay for Cornell graudation!

Our stay at Peggy's wonderful home was amazing for our family attending Cornell graduation! The home itself came with lots of space, including spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a big backyard with plenty of chairs and beautiful greenery. We also appreciated the home's great location, as it was a 5 minute drive to Cornell's campus and right next door to a fun brewery, but still maintained a quiet & charming ambience. Peggy's hospitality was also fantastic, as she was very responsive to our messages and even left us a plate of freshly baked cookies upon arrival! If for some reason we find ourselves back in Ithaca, we would be happy to stay again.

Picture perfect

We had a great experience staying at this location. Literally 10 minutes or less to Cornell university. More importantly the owner Peggy is such a wonderful person and have a fantastic cafe and tap bar next door. Loved it

Cornell 2017 Graduation Weekend Home Rental

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this home during Cornell graduation weekend. We have a large family, so coordinating hotels for the graduation weekend proved to be difficult. We were fortunate enough to find this house to rent! The house was clean and well kept. The owner was gracious enough to purchase basic food items for us to enjoy throughout the weekend. The location is very convenient to travel back and forth from the Cornell Campus. I highly recommend this house as a rental option for large families during Cornell graduation weekend!

Part of our home was built in 1790 with several additions made in the 1950s and 2001. It was part of the underground railroad.
As with all homes, we have updated multiple times and enjoy the space our house provides.
