Enjoy the tropical Pura Vida residential apartment complex. Each apartment has its own Hot Tub for private use. No other guests will use this Hot Tub during your stay.

The Boca Grande apartment is a 2nd floor king bed unit with direct access to the two story Tiki Hut and a private garden area including an exclusive right of use for the Hotspring Hot Tub. Decide how warm you would like to have it!

To help you enjoying the warm water under the Florida sun, the apartment is equipped with SPA bathrobes to take full advantage of the Pura Vida.

The tropical garden invites you to discover the seasonal available tropical fruit trees which you can harvest and enjoy during your stay.

Enjoy the BBQ area and the Caribbean Tiki feeling without leaving the country.

All furniture, appliances, bedding are selected to give you maximum of relaxation. Watching a movie in the comfortable recliner guarantees you a relaxed evening.

Fully equipped Kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and large side by side refrigerator.

The apartment is equipped with an hotel safe, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and has access to the laundry area. The self check in/out allows maximum flexibility for your arrival and departure.

Bring your boat and store it across the street with PALM HARBOUR Marina (www.palm-harbourmarina.com) There are wet slips available on a daily base, including power and water. Also you can use the fantastic commercial swimming pool for free if you rent a boat slip! Ask us for more information or contact Palm Harbour Marina (phone 941.697.4356).

Also in walking distance is the Palm Island water taxi located. (Discount if you have your boat in the marina!)

A 3 minute walk away leaves the ferry to Palm Island. You are able to discover the secret beaches of Palm Island. These beaches allow you to find the best shells and shark teeth even without a boat. Most of the people never find the island!

The Pura Vida residence is located in the heart of Cape Haze. Sitting in between Palm Harbour Marina and the Freedom Boat Club. You have the choice! Or just charter one of the fishing captains across the street and enjoy the world famous fishing between Stump Pass and Boca Grande. Boca Grande is known to be the Tarpon fishing capital of the world.

Right across the street, the Water Taxi brings you directly to Rum Bay restaurant which is the only restaurant on Palm Island.

We offer beach towels and chairs for your beach time. You are in the center of Old Florida vacation paradise. One of Floridas best kept secrets are our barrier islands. Take full advantage of the Palm Harbour Marina and bring your boat with you.

We love this place, it feels like Paradise to us! Clean, comfortable, spacious, this is one of our favorite stays. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, even a steamer pot for lobsters. Bring your own spices, but there was salt, pepper and garlic. The hot tub was so relaxing and in such a beautiful setting among the tropical plants and outdoor light, beach towels and robes included. We will be back!

We absolutely loved the place. Hosts put so much thought into making the place feel like a tropical paradise. It is cozy but spacious enough for a family. The outside patio and hot tub were our favorites! Location is superb - we went kayaking in Don Pedro park, and to the beach in Boca Grande, both very short drives away. Katja was exceptional with her communication and responsiveness. We 100% recommend the place.

Pura Vida is everything its VRBO description says it is. Comfortable. Spotless. Convenient. Quiet. The property provides easy access to the many attractions of Sarasota, Venice, and Englewood as well as to the many islands in the Charlotte Bay Area. But the property location in Cape Haze is much quieter and less traveled. The second-floor unit we rented is plenty spacious for a vacationing couple, charmingly decorated, and fully equipped. Between the two second floor units is a beautiful, covered patio with tables, comfy seating, and hammocks. Host Katja was pleasant to work with. She communicated in a timely manner and offered her help and advice throughout our stay. A stay at Pura Vida will not disappoint.

Cozy, clean, tropical setting, awesome private spa tub, breezy deck, great owners, and close to Englewood beaches and Boca Grande. Many very good restaurants, tiki bars close to this location. We took the water taxi (across the street) to Palm Island and had a sunset dinner at Rum Bay. Make sure you take a sunset boat ride…we saw a LOT of dolphins.

Our apartment was very clean and welcoming - private hot tub in tropical garden. 15 minutes to beautiful Englewood Beach. Covered porch made it cool and convenient for outside dinner and relaxation. This was our second visit and we will most likely return.

Our stay at the Pura Vida, Boca Grande apartment, was extraordinary. The location is ideal for exploring beaches, trails, and sites. However, once out and about we really just wanted to relax at our apartment. Katja and her husband, have created a paradise not only for couples, but also for those seeking a location for entire group getaways or perhaps a family reunion. A must needed getaway

Katja and Alex are beyond amazing hosts! They made sure we made it safely and were able to get into our vacation rental (which was immaculate). Pura Vida is the perfect place to stay for those looking for a relaxing vacation - it’s a short driving distance from Boca Grande and Venice; and it’s directly across from a marina where you can take a water taxi into palm island. The best part is it’s a contactless / keyless checkin which makes it extremely easy to travel. We never had to worry about losing keys as all entries and doors have keypads! 10/10 we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for allowing us to spend our honeymoon in your paradise.
