We enjoyed the ocean breeze and the short walk to see the sea. The home was perfect for our needs to visit family and friends in the area. Shopping and restaurants were close to this location. We would stay again.
The house was located perfectly easy walk to the beach. We loved that it was pet friendly. Our dogs had a very good time. The upstairs decks with ocean views are perfect. Place to hang out in the evening.
The house was comfortable and inviting. The coastal decor was perfect. We had one hiccup at check in (no key), but that may have been due to the last guest rather than the property management who came right out with a key for us to use.
Location was near perfect with water, beach, and popular brewery around the corner. The rooftop sun deck offered a special view of the area that most homes could not match. The only suggestion would be to rotate the orientation of the picnic table on the patio.
Stay was a winner.
The location is amazing. The neighbors not so much if you are bringing your dogs
The property location is great, short walk to the beach. The only issue I have is that the owner doesn’t have it cleaned only “sanitized” and requires the quests to vacuum and clean before check out. That was a first for us and they were not pleased with our efforts and charged us an additional cleaning fee and pet fee being as out friends joined us with their pup. I paid the fee without issue. Even though when we arrived the house was not “spotless” but hey it’s a rental not a hotel. Also the neighbors were not happy about our dogs being there and asked multiple times when we were leaving. The trash was an issue as well. The can was full from the last renter when we arrived on Saturday and wasn’t picked up until Wednesday. All in all the property is great. Just a couple of snags along the way.

We hope you will come again and -on our end - most went smoothly except the cleaning also. To Clarify - We do have a professional cleaner that comes in between stays- she scrubs out the kitchen and bathrooms and goes over anything else that needs to be done at the house...but we do ask tenants to help by picking up after themselves, put out trash return furniture to its original state and vacuum before leaving. We figure that most people would rather do this than pay an extra 150-200 in cleaning fees. If you don't want to do this(If you come again )-You could always let us know before coming that you would prefer to be charged a cleaning fee (and then we can properly schedule the excess cleaning time needed so the extra cleaning for the cleaner and the fee for you is not a surprise to anyone. ) However, the reason you were charged an extra 100 for this stay was that you brought three dogs without telling us. Our policy is that we allow the first dog to stay for free. We charge 100 per dog for each additional dog-IF an owner allows more than one dog. This owner would actually NOT have allowed three dogs had he known. However, since it already happened we charged you 100 for the extra dog that was there. The cleaner had to spend several extra hours getting hair out of the bedding and furniture and couldn't get all of her work done before the next guest. I know you tried to pick up and I do understand that dogs shed - especially when it is hot out- but that is why he doesnt allow three dogs.

The house was cute and very well maintained. However there were no comfortable seats and the king-size bed was not that comfortable either. I also think the owners could be a bit more generous -- only one roll of toilet paper per toilet to get started and no kitchen hand towels or dish towels. Seems a bit cheap. Lastly, if you have trouble sleeping in the light, bring an eye mask! However, the location was nice and you could see the ocean, so that's a plus.
This house was the perfect location to take day trips to Boston, Provincetown, Rhode Island, etc. We also loved its proximity to the water and to some great restaurants. It was very clean and the property manager communicated promptly. Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom which was not as comfortable as we would have liked.
Right down the street from a rocky beach. Beautiful views from the outdoor porch, clean accomodations, and amazing location near great restaurants and groceries. Kitchen is a bit old but we were happy to have all the amenities of the house which was very clean and comfortable.
