Welcome to Scenic Beach Escape!.

This superb 5 bedroom property is the ideal family, beach retreat & pets welcome outside! Just 5 minutes walk to expansive stretches of golden sand & glistening water, or take a 10 minute, relaxing stroll to the township of Apollo Bay.

Perfect for those who love to entertain family & friends, this property offers modern, spacious open plan kitchen/dining & living, timber floorboarded throughout, with split system air conditioning, a 10-seater dining suite, two 5-seater couches, smart TV, Chrome-Cast, Bluetooth enabled stereo, Netflix, Stan, Kayo & Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped for catering to large numbers, with electric oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, pod coffee machine, all complemented by an extensive outdoor, undercover entertainment zone with BBQ & utensils and outdoor gas heater, overlooking the garden with views to the hills.

On the lower level are 3 generous bedrooms. The master bedroom with king, ensuite & walk-in robes, 2nd bedroom with Queen, 3rd bedroom with 1 tri-bunk & 2nd bunk. A family bathroom with bath, separate shower & toilet. Laundry with washing machine & separate shower.

On the second floor is a fourth bedroom with bunk and 5th bedroom with an additional tri-bunk & 2nd bunk. The upstairs landing comprises the large games room with table tennis table, TV & seating. The staircase has optional gates both top & bottom for added child safety. This property truly has it all!

Sleeps 16 guests (9 Adults + 7 Children).

Enjoy the solar heated, outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand, relax in the private rear garden & create wonderful family holiday memories at this extensive, beautifully appointed, 16 berth property!

Great for a group

Enjoyable trip

Perfect spot to stay with a few families. Good clean modern kitchen facilities to cook up large meals for everyone, plenty of nice relaxing living areas to cater for lots of people and good to have pool table- separate area for the kids. We had only a few small issues- only 2 bathrooms/ toilet facilities not 3 as listed - pizza oven too dirty to use and we didn’t find the bbq that was listed.

Good family lodging in the perfect location for seeing the Great Ocean Road

All was good once we called Mario to bring space heaters and instruct us on using the two main heaters. When we arrived, there was no heat on in the house 😞. And it was about 12 degrees C, 53 degrees F. Not good for July on GOR. We could not get space heaters or the 2 main heaters to work and although there was wood for the stove, both lighters were out of fuel. We contacted the after hours number and Mario arrived with two heaters and showed us how to use the space heaters, but some of them neither he nor we ever got to work. Soon the house was warm and things were good. We were surprised that the group before us didn’t have the same problem but Mario said that no one else has stayed there for 40 days. Other than the heat problem and the fact that we had to wipe off some shelves and sweep the floor when we arrived, we were satisfied with everything else at 14 Scenic Drive for our 3 night stay.
