The Space:
Our charming cottage is not only conveniently located within minutes of several bayside beaches in Eastham so that you can choose a new one each day, but is also a short and easy walk down private dirt roads to the private neighborhood beach! A perfect destination for adventure seekers and outdoor enthusiasts, this home is a great home-base to explore the Outer Cape from. After enjoying a day at the beach of your choice, hop on your bicycle and cruise the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or grab lunch at famous Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar. The cottage sleeps four; two in one room with 2 Twin beds, and two in another with 1 Queen bed. Just outside the cottage you will find an outdoor shower and grill, to fully enjoy those gorgeous summer evenings. Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, A/C, complimentary sheets and towels, and we are also dog-friendly, so bring your best friend along too! *There are three more private homes adjacent to this one. Fall in Eastham

We love this property for its quiet setting, proximity to both ends of the Cape, short walk to beautiful beach, and more. Comfortable, simple place with everything we needed and very clean. We love that it is dog friendly and a nice place to walk the dog down all the unpaved lanes and on the beach. Second time staying here and it was as nice as the first.

Did not want to leave!

First let me say I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quaint, clean, quiet get away from it all vacation. It was everything and more than we expected. Well managed by DelMar Vacations. It was secluded but close to Rt.6 so easy to get around the Cape. We hope to re-book for next year. No complaints, wouldn't change a thing.

Beach

The location was very nice, the walk to beach was Lovely, beach was pretty, and peaceful....not sure about all the extra charges.but was a last minute booking, house was kind of cozy, but vould use updating, beds were very comfy...all in all was a nice weekend, but very expensive for the time we were there, check in was 4pm on Saturday, check out ny 9 am on Monday...

Great house!

My boyfriend and I stayed here the week of July 24. It was the perfect house! The 1/4 mile walk to the beach was a great way to get in our steps! And the beach was so beautiful!! We also loved the back yard space. We had several meals out there, and it was very peaceful. Also love that the house had AC and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor shower was also a treat. Everything was super clean. We would definitely stay here again!
