House was as described online. It was clean and perfect for our stay. When the light bulb burned out, it was replaced within a few hours. Very happy with our choice.

A perfect vacation at the perfect location

Our family had the best time vacationing in Eastham and the rental was perfect! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make all meals. The living space had ample room for our family to relax after a long day at the beach. The house is also conveniently located near a small beach area on the Great Pond which made for nice evening walks for sunset photos. It’s also just a short drive to First Encounter beach on the bay (great for little kids), a bigger beach and playground at the Great Pond as well as several Cape Cod National Seashore beaches!! It was the perfect getaway to end our summer season!!

Great place for a working vacation

The property was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach. plenty of yard for our dog. Only issues with check-in were due to an email issue. Once that was sorted everything was great!
