Comfortable luxury Apartment in the Middle of St Louis, right by Highway 270. 10 mins from the Airport, 13 mins from the City and 15 mins to Downtown. Da Lux is located in the Center of town.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, metro/buses, parks, Lake, Gym, Grocery stores and even Sublette park (tennis courts/baseball and softball fields/playground)

I am very strict with my house rules. Read them first before requesting a reservation.

If you break any of my house rule, I will come over and you will be evicted immediately regardless of time.

My House rules are:
All guest must clean up after themselves.
All lights and electrical appliances must be turned off before checking out.
No guests outside of the guests on the reservation can come into my apartment.
No visitors at all. Please, keep all your visitors or personal guests away from my apartment. 
No extra guests are allowed at any point. 
Nobody aside from my Airbnb guests can visit or come into the apartment for no reason. 
No loud noise will be condoned as the walls in my apartment are very thin.
No stumping as it disturbs my neighbors. 
No dropping of heavy things on the floor that can disturb my neighbors.
No running in the apartment to avoid disturbing my neighbors. 
No arguing or talking loud to disturb my neighbors. 
No loud talking.
No loud music of any kind what so ever at any time.
No partying of any kind at any time.
No smoking is allowed at anytime as I am allergic to smoke.
Again, No extra guest aside from guests on your reservation 
No fighting.
No late night activities of any kind.
No damaging of stuff in the apartment.
No stealing is allowed.
Do not take what you did not bring in with you when leaving or checking out.
No reckless behavior is allow.
