This home was so clean and spacious and it was nice to be right on the lake. We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. I even used one of the kayaks one morning. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.
I have two grandsons with August Birthdays. These was a fun weekend for them. Had a great time kayaking. Your home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen is awesome. Thank you so much. Excellent area with close access to attractions
Property was new. Decorations and sleeping offerings were better than anticipated. Had a great time with grandkids and daughter. Strongly recommend the property for family gatherings.
It was a great stay, very well furnished newer build. There was plenty of room for our 8 people. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of our cold weather gear. Shari was great to work with. Only downside was with our 26' trailer we had to pull in and back out onto the highway. Not a huge issue at all since the highway didn't seem very busy and there really isn't any room for a turn around. Just a heads up for snowmobilers and atvers. Overall I was very pleased with the stay. Will definitely be booking next year!
The noise carries easily in the house. Lovely interior decorating, very clean, nice fire pit out side. Nice and close to wineries and other nice fall outdoor festivities.
We stayed for two night the week after the Fourth of July. The cabin and property are very clean. The cabin has been re done and is beautiful. It was great fishing for my 6 year old- lots of sunnies. We would definitely come back and for longer.
We had a great time here. The property is right on the lake, and we were able to go out canoeing. The property is well maintained, and any questions were resolved promptly. It was a great weekend to just get away, and slow down a bit.
Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option..
The stay started out with not being able to access the trailer. We were told to not use the front door, and couldn't get in the back door (wrong key). Ended up having to use the front door anyway. Once we opened the front door, it wouldn't close or lock. The trailer smelled musty and had a order like it had been smoked in. The floor has several soft spots and I actually broke through the floor in the bathroom. To top it off, VBRO is refusing to refund all of our money. Let's just say, we could've stayed at the Ritz for the price we got charged for that one miserable night. The owners were trying to act fair and offered us a refund of everything accept the one night (In truth, they should've offered a full refund with the conditions we were in) VBRO has been awful to work with and we are still trying to sort this mess out.
I was only able to stay a few days; however, I thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was a quiet. Comfortable. In the evenings I sat in the the living room next to the big bay windows and watched the sunset. I really wished I could have stayed longer!!!!

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Misleading but adequate
Property wasn't clean, greasy plates dirty coffee pot with mildew in the grounds. Gas grill was unusable, knobs kept falling off the stove. Broken bed.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your standards. I would have addressed these items during your stay if you would have brought them to my attention before check out. I have spoken to my cleaner and sometimes items just happen to break during your stay. The bed leg has been addressed. I hope that you at least enjoyed the outdoors and the relaxing beauty of the lake.
The cabin was extremely clean and easily met our expectations. Other family members visited for some great fishing. Our four year old grandson proved to be a champion fisherman. The hosts were pleasant and most helpful.
