The Space ::

Vivienne has 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite room up stairs with 2 queen size beds, another room is located downstairs and has 1 bunk bed.

Our kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge, microwave and kettle. Simple cutlery and crockery are provided. Feel free to take away some char koay teow, hokkien mee, etc and have a meal party at Vivienne.

The entire unit is air conditioned and is equipped with unlimited high speed (up to 100Mbps) wireless network.

If you drive here, don’t worry about where to park, there is 1 free secured indoor carpark provided for your beloved car.

Guest Access ::

- Infinity Swimming Pool @ Level 5 (open from 8am to 8pm)
- Indoor Gymnasium @ Level 5 (open from 8am to 8pm)
*both can be accessed using resident’s access card.

Interaction with Guests ::

Either I or my Hero Team (Hero Mike and Hero Jack) will meet up with you and check you in personally.

The Neighborhood ::

Vivienne is located in the tower of Maritime Suite, along the most prominent Karpal Singh Drive, which is a newly seafront neighbourhood, and it has become one of the hottest spots in Penang.

Getting Around ::

There is a public bus stop in front of the apartment. However, it is not recommended to take those buses to town due to unpredictable schedule.

If you're not driving, we HIGHLY recommend you to take UBER or GRAB which is much more reliable, cheap and convenient. It will only cost you about RM5 and 5mins to Georgetown area and about RM25 and 20 mins from Penang International Airport. UBER and GRAB are a lot more better and cheaper than taking a cab!

Other Things to Note ::

It maybe rather happenings at night during the weekends, just have the curtain down, door close and you could have some privacy time of yours.

House Rules ::

- Check in time is anytime between 3PM - 9PM.
- Check out time is anytime before 12PM.
- Please arrange your check in time and check out time with us at least 1 day in advance and confirm with us again 1 hour before you checking in and out.
- Check in after 9PM will impose an additional charge of RM50.
Early check in or late check out can be arrange depending on availability.

Please don’t wear shoes in the house. Take off your shoes once you just entered and put your shoes under the white cabinet in front of the main door.

Switch off all the electricity when not in use or when leaving the home. Be environmental friendly to save our mother Earth.

Do not pull or hang anything on the wire supporting the handrail since the wire might be loosen or even falling off and that is dangerous. Hang the clothes on the hangers provided instead.

Strictly no smoking, there is smoke detector in the house. An extra cleaning fee of RM150 will be deducted from your deposit to clean the odour if you violate this rule.

Wash all the cutlery and crockery and always keep the kitchen clean.

Please help to keep Vivienne clean and nice. Treat Vivienne as your home.

Always remember, these rules are set to protect you not to restrict you. Vivienne will feel hurt too if you violated any rules above. Don’t break her heart okay? :)
