Why they chose this property
As a general contractor, I feel that this house is the crown jewel of what I have built and is such because I built this for my family. They are the most important thing in my life, I spared no expense on this home in order to provide them with the best life I could offer. The house's unique area with the Cave Creek mountain side, the close golf courses and yearly events have only added the exceptional value of this home. Every feature of this house was meticulously planned and executed to the highest standard. Please enjoy the pool and patio, have a glass of wine and watch the most gorgeous sunsets that Arizona has to offer. If you enjoy billiards, I installed a professional pool table in the family game room where I'm sure you will make exceptional memories with your own family. For all the chefs looking at this property, I designed this kitchen to feed the masses while still retaining the feel of a warm environment. It is an exquisite space for social gatherings and has a dining table directly adjacent to it with excellent views. The one feature that I value about this house that is irreplaceable is the unique openness that greets every guest with a fantastic warm and inviting energy. This is my invitation to you to come and stay at one of the best Home Away experiences offered here in North Scottsdale.

Being right in the middle of North Scottsdale you should feel that you are in a busy city, but this house is so perfectly placed that it feels like you are in a small friendly neighborhood at the edge of the desert. Yet, 10 minutes from the house you are next to every event, golf course and fabulous restaurant that Scottsdale has to offer.
