Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Well behaved trained dogs only (two max). There are PET FEES, please add when you book. Provide the details of your dog(s) upon booking for approval.
Complete house rules and instructions are provided prior to check in.
Jacuzzi Spa Heat Fees-3 days free, then $15 per use. Pool Heat Fee-$35 per day. Fees are negotiable based on stay, please send me an inquiry.

This is a spacious, clean, well maintained home in a quiet, gated community. The pool and yard are lovely with ample seating and total privacy. The well-stocked kitchen is large and very usable. The only drawbacks are that the wifi is spotty, especially in the master bedroom, and the garbage needs to be put out the morning of pick-up before 6:00 AM (it may be that way everywhere in Scottsdale.)

Such a wonderful property. Everything from the beautiful inside to the pool outside. I took my 3 sisters with me to have a girl's trip. We all enjoyed it so much. The sunsets and sunrise were beautiful. We were there when Phoenix was getting flooded. We had lots of rain but staying inside here was no hardship. lol
