Gorgeous villa with outstanding sea Views. Fab location near from amenities!!

This villa is in a perfect location on the Benalmadena Costa and close to local attractions. The house is divided into two floors and has WiFi, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The master bedroom has a double bed, bathroom and a balcony facing south with views of the Mediterranean Sea, perfect for romantic moments. The other two bedrooms have two beds and have a balcony. The cozy living room is comfortable, has a place of fire but also air conditioning and sliding glass doors with access to the terrace where you will find a lounge, a table and sunbeds for sunbathing. From here see the Mediterranean Sea and the pool and gardens of the urbanization is very quiet and peaceful. The beautiful sandy beaches are only a five minute walk from the villa.
The villa is suitable for all ages and golf courses are within easy reach, as well as nightclubs, casino etc. The villa is still enough for peace and quiet when you wanted to seclude it. The main shopping area is a few minutes walk away.License Tourist number: VFT/MA/19473

very nice apartment

generally good but a few negatives which might not affect everyone. up a steep hill which we found a bit tricky. not may bars or restaurants near by, for us, as the main area was 45 minute walk. Saying this the apartment was very good

Besides having to pay an extra 300 euros if you arrive a bit later, the apartment is located at a different location than shown on the VRBO website. The cottage is much further from the center of Benalmadena than stated on the website, which means you have to do everything by car or taxi. So extra costs!

La villa no es una villa ,es una casa,los 170m,no existe,de los 4 bagnos encontramos solo 3 ,de los 300m a la playa,encontramos 700todos en Bajada,sin auto no es posible haser compras,esta en colina muy alta,5dias sin agua x la noche por problemas de una perdida una verguenza,los roperos de una habitacion serrado con llave porque el propietario tenia sus vestidos adentro,nuestras ropas tubieron que estar en las maletas,la villa eran casas comunales no era una villa como esta escrito en internet,la unica cosa positiva era la terrazza con buena vista el resto decadente al masimo,hemos pagado 10.000 euro por una cosa que nos ofresieron no se los racomando una estafa,por algo que nos prometiron y no nos han dado,el senor fernando el propietario muy gentil solo para escribir mensajes ,cuando teniamos algun problema lo hemos llamado y nunca se ha presentado.Una estrella,una desilucion,nunca,mala esperiensa,no se hagan enganar,

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Tolle Zimmer (3 Zimmer und 3 Bäder), schöne Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Großer Pool auf der Anlage. Parkplätze gibt es auch genügend (Nur die Zufahrt ist ein wenig steil am Hang) Netter Kontakt. Sehr zuvorkommend. Very nice accommodation. Great rooms (3 rooms and 3 bathrooms), nice terrace with a wonderful sea view. Large pool in front of the door. There are also enough parking spaces (only the driveway is a little steep on the slope) Nice contact. Very obliging.

En general bien, pero el lavabo del baño del dormitorio principal no traga bien. El segundo baño de la planta de arriba necesita cambiar la bañera por una ducha y actualizar los sanitarios. Había una silla del comedor rota y varias necesitan ser encaladas. Las camas del dormitorio al lado del segundo baño se mueven bastante. La cocina bien equipada, de utensilios y menaje. Lo mejor las vistas y la terraza con barbacoa y un montón de sillas, sillones y tumbonas para disfrutar de las vistas.

4 Wochen Erholung mit Hund

Schönes Objekt mit einer guten Lage im Ortsteil Torrequebrada. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man von hier aus gut in Richtung Fuengirola oder zur anderen Seite Richtung Benalmádena / Torrenolinos laufen. Beide Orte haben sehr schöne Promenaden mit zahlreichen netten Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne große Terrasse mit Esstisch, Liegen und Loungemöbeln. 3 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, kleines Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und eine durch Tresen abgetrennte Küche. Wir haben uns 4 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic villa in excellent condition .The owners we’re amazing very hospitable. Villa is situated slightly out of town in Torrequebrada area but only a few euro for uber to take you into town . Sun terrace is stunning and gets sun all day would definitely stay here again

Lovely home with excellent hosts.

Lovely townhouse, ideal for couples or families. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you might need, with a nice homely feel. Spacious rooms and large outside terrace downstairs and further balcony off main bedroom, with beautiful sea views. Big, well-kept communal pool which you can see from the terrace, so good for those with older children. Quiet area, just a five minute walk downhill to the beach (Playa de la Yucu) where there are a few bars and cafes. Supermarket also nearby. Not exactly as located on the property map - it's actually about 30mins walk further along the coast, towards Torrequebrada. We didn't have a car but easy to hop on a bus (regular and cheap) from the main road into the centre of things. Or we got an Uber to places like Paloma Park, Butterfly World and the old Pueblo - all just 5 or 6 euros per trip. We had a lovely warm welcome from Fernando and his wife, who were excellent hosts. Communication was great throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Fernando!
