Exclusive solar-powered "Villa Ella Estelle" (313m2) with a private pool, sauna, BBQ, hot tub and more in Medići, near Omiš (10 mins away). Beach is 130 meters away. Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests total. It's surrounded by plants and trees with a stunning sea view from all of the villa's three terraces. Next to the pool you have a BBQ area with a big table to eat and relax after a day at the beach. If you want a superb holiday, then this is the perfect choice for families,couples, etc.

There are 3 floors total and 2 separate private entrances, meaning parts of your group can have privacy, if needed. Pool for your pleasure with plenty of deckchairs and large table next to it, sauna, BBQ grill (fireplace) for cooking delicious meat or fish, table tennis and a running machine for your sport needs amongst other commodities. Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests total. Ground floor and first floor can accommodate 10 persons, while the second floor can accommodate 6 persons. Beds are situated in 7 sleeping rooms total. 1st floor has 5 bedrooms and 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the living room. 2nd floor also has a hot tub.

Each room has A/C and TV.

There are 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. For full enjoyment and relaxation there is a barbecue. There are blinds on the windows which, when shut, eliminate any outside noise so you have silence. This property welcomes pets at no additional costs.

Due to bad past experience with young large groups of friends, such groups are not accepted if they are under 23 years old. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.
