Simple Life is a three bedroom, two bathroom private home is located in the gated community of Misty Mountain. The Great Room features a wood burning fireplace and 55" flat panel TV. The dining area has seating for up to 8 people. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine. The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 42" flat panel TV and a private bathroom. There are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and a 36" flat panel TV. The second guest bedroom has bunk beds, with twin on top and a full on the bottom along with a twin trundle and 32" flat panel TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom and large kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Great place to hangout in the evenings.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
