Simple Life is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom private home located in the gated community of Misty Mountain. The Great Room features a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" flat panel TV. The dining area has seating for up to 8 people. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine. The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 42" flat panel TV, and a private bathroom. There are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and a 36" flat panel TV. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a 32" flat panel TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion with an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom, and a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove/oven. Great place to hang out in the evenings.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
