Our home is located in the infamous Hawaiian in. We are located on the top floor with a grand view! Come join us for your next Hawaiian beach vacation. The beautiful ocean front pool, tiki bar, hammocks and mini golf for your enjoyment.

Take in an early sunrise over the endless ocean, enjoy the salty ocean scent that fills the air as you drink your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

Our condo is a smaller studio with a balcony, kitchenette and views of the pool and ocean!

Old building

Nice location. The building itself is very worn down and in need of major repairs and updates. It apears this used to be a nice hotel many years ago. The unit I stayed in was ok. It could some updates and repairs.

Daytona is definitely an older beach town as most buildings have been around since the 50’s. For us that is the charm however, it’s not for everyone. We are constantly updating our little beach condo and hope the brand new kitchen is enjoyed by future guests.

Old and full of bugs

The bugs are infesting the property. You cannot open the door to sit outside. Loud noise construction doesn’t help relax or enjoy the outdoors. It needs pest control asap. Hallway is filthy and unsafe.

Just what I needed

Nice stay by myself...room was a small unit with little kitchen, which worked perfectly for me. Repairs to seawall were going on due to last year's hurricane damage..so the pool and deck weren't available. But I knew that when I booked. It is a bit more of unscenic trek to the beach squeezing around earth moving equipment..but fine once you're on the beach. Had problem with TV, but that was remedied quickly. I was happy with my stay and would book again, I hope repairs continue smoothly and quickly for the sake of the place.

Just NO!

Outdated and not clean! The overall facility was disgusting! I would never recommend this place to anyone! The actual room was accurately described, but barely tolerable only because we were not staying but 3 nights and there was nowhere else to book last minute! It was small! The mattress, was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE (not meant for 2 adults of any double digit size) , NO closet space or place to put things at all, super small bathroom and the room as a whole was uncomfortable, and it was just a bad experience! Very disappointing at best! To top it off the neighbors smoked constantly and we couldn’t even enjoy the view from the balcony! Now the view was awesome as a positive, but the neighbors under us and beside us made the balcony unbearable as non-smokers. That’s totally out of the owners hands, but that’s just our experience. In its “prime hay day”, I’m sure this place as a whole was amazing, but I’d rate this place now a 1 out of 10 overall and that’s pushing it. Just no!

Amazing Place

This was a great place for a weekend getaway for my sister’s birthday. We have been to the hawaiin inn before on vacation and love the location as well as the proximity to the beach which is steps away. Alicia was very hospitable and communicative. Will definitely be back!

Last minute Mother - Daughter Spring Break Trip

The hotel itself was a little tired, but the pool and beach were great. Daily DJ music and Tiki Bar served basic food & drinks. Room was as advertised, small with a nice view of the ocean. Better suited for 1 person, but was sufficient for myself and my HS age daughter. Not much room for clothes so pack lightly. Linens were limited so bring beach towels and plan to launder bath towels (2) if there are 2 people staying for a week. The host was exceptional and responded to communications very quickly throughout the stay!

Better than you think

This is a positive review! The property is very dated from the street to your room door. Once in the room, it was very clean, the view was great, cold mini fridge, coffee, coffee maker, microwave and towels. The outdoor pool, tiki bar and beach are good! The door and lock need to be improved. The lobby has a game room for kids and a small gift shop. The owner was very quick to communicate with (I had a problem getting a document VRBO). The elevators, hallways and street exterior are a zero, but the room and beach side were good!

Nice place for my week long stay

About as I expected from the listing, place was very small as described. Balcony helped a lot. A few small things I’d change to make it better for me if it were mine, but overall a perfect location!!! I’m actually thinking of buying one now. Owner was friendly, honest and has great communication response time.
