Great Trip!

Great Visit

This was a wonderful location for our friends to reunite and have a long holiday weekend in Steamboat. I would definitely recommend anyone for big groups to this residence.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at the Phoenix house! It's a short walk to the lifts and the hot tub!

Condo worked out great for our group. The only problem was mold in the downstairs bath - it was there 2 years ago too.

The perfect place to stay with a group.

The property was clean and had everything we could need. The rooms were all perfect for our big group to have their own beds and rooms. Close to everything we needed and the stop for the free bus to downtown was right out the door. Would highly recommend.

Great ski condo for multiple families!

The condo was perfect for our group of 10. I would highly recommend it for other families traveling together. Friendly service, walk to the gondola, easy access to the heated pool and hot tub, and good sized bedrooms.

Spring break 2025

The condo was as advertised and great location. Easy to get to slopes and everything else. Skiing was walkable but a bus will pick you up at the front door. This is an ideal rental property great for a big family!

Ski trip with the college friends from 1980s

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy 4 minute walk to gondola. Very nice amenities with clubhouse, sauna, pool, and hot tub. Kitchen well equipped. Very good value.
