- NOTE: County required quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. At 10 PM, the pool light will turn off, which indicates all activities must move indoors, and noise turned down. This is heavily enforced to keep the neighbors happy
- NOTE: Due to County noise ordinances, outdoor music must be kept to a low volume. Screaming children, loud talking, or any other kind of sound cannot exceed 55 decibels which is about the same as a vacuum cleaner. This is strictly enforced by on-site decimal meters
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located in the courtyard facing the front entrance, and camera 2 is located on the side of the house facing the side yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces, nor do they view the backyard. Both cameras record audio and video when activated by motion. Camera 1 is turned off after check-in, while camera 2 remains on during guest stays
