The Sunset Condominium is on the way to the Emerências mountain range. This trail allows a unique view of one of the postcards of the State of Rio de Janeiro: the city of Buzios. Part of the Costa do Sol State Park and one of the highest points in the city, Serra das Emerências is a rare place to preserve Brazilian fauna and flora. The mountain is part of the largest and most important reserve of redwood in Rio de Janeiro, concentrates primary vegetation and also houses endangered animals such as the lazy collar, the golden lion tamarin and the capuchin monkey. The landscape of the place includes panoramic views of the peninsula of Buzios and some points of the Lakes Region, such as Cabo Frio. It is also possible to hang glide from the ramp that is there, in a flight that lands on Tucuns Beach.
