Apartment with 85 m2, large living room 2 environments, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, service area, 1 bathroom, half a block from Aparecida beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, with full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, stove / oven, electric cooker and other kitchen utensils.
We provide, where possible, free bed, table and bath linen.
Concierge 24 hours for security and convenience. Ceiling fan in living room and bedrooms and 1 portable air conditioner in living room.
We do not have on-site parking, but there are several options in the area.
This is a very safe neighborhood and there is no charge for parking in public areas. We are close to Shopping Praiamar, one of the best of Santos, Sesc, Aquario, museums, Ponta da praia fishing platform, gazebo to appreciate the giant transatlantic that leave Porto and numerous other sights, as well as boat rides and bike paths. on every edge.

Pedimos desculpas se algo não agradou no entanto, sempre foi dificil a comunicação com o responsável pela reserva uma vez que varias vezes tentamos contato previo e nunca tivemos uma resposta. Agradecemos muito a esposa do Sr. Arend quando tivemos contato pessoal durante a hospedagem. Não disponibilizamos de roupas de cama, toalhas e outros conforme informado no anuncio bem como foi enviado uma orientação por WhatsApp sobre este itens. Agradeço a hospedagem, obrigado.

Perto de tudo. Apto bem organizado. O proprietário é muito atencioso. e auxilia em tudo que for necessário. A portaria do prédio tem muita segurança e organização. Os moradores de Santos são muito receptivo e fazem amizade com facilidade. Adorei o passeio.
