This beautiful new two level home has an upper level that is spacious and well-lit with a living/dining/kitchen area and 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Island counter with 6 barstools and a dining table that seats 8-10 comfortably. Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The great room has sofas, large didnig table, large kitchen island with 6 barstools and a TV. Beautiful showers and tubs throughout. We provide all your linens, dishes, utensils and, pots and pans. BBQ also provided.
Relax on the large upper deck among the trees. An outdoor dining table that seats 8 comfortably, as well as seating for 10 and an umbrella.
The lower level has three bedrooms. A Primary bedroom/bathroom.
A bathroom with a large tub and rain shower. A bedroom with a full size bed, another room with two bunk beds and a trundle. The great room has a sofa, dining table, kitchen with three barstools and a TV. This kitchen also comes equipped with everything you need. Interior stairs connect both levels. This lower level has its own keyless entry and the stairwell can be locked to keep both of the levels separate. Enjoy sitting outside in this lower level under a 700 sq ft covered patio. Ping pong table provided. There is NO lower garage access.

The home is perfect for multi-family or large groups. Great for large groups, entertaining and events. Gatherings: Any group of more than 5 people or anyone exceeding the number of registered guests on the reservation is considered a gathering. Prior host approval is required. Approved gatherings are subject to a fee starting at $500. Unauthorized gatherings may result in cancellation of the stay without refund and additional charges.
Pets are allowed with permission and approval.

The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay. All pets must have a crate and may not be left alone in the house. Dogs must be on a leash when outside.
