The apartment is very well appointed and location fantastic. A full big grocery store is within a few steps! Everything you need and more. Hosts very attentive. Highly recommended to stay here.

Für städtische Verhältnisse eine schöne und ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Inneneinrichtung praktisch, gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Schöner West-Balkon. Betten, Sauberkeit und Haushaltsgeräte einwandfrei. Lediglich in der Küche könnte man sich eine bessere Beleuchtung wünschen. Mülltrennung einfach und perfekt. Altglascontainer befinden sich in der Nähe auf dem Kaufland-Parkplatz. Für Kurzurlaub oder Städtetour bestens geeignet. Fazit: uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! @Vermieter: einige Kleider- oder Handtuch-Haken im Badezimmer wären hilfreich.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Ruhig und sauber. Dahinter befindet sich ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Ausgewiesener Parkplatz. Ein paar Teelöffel mehr wären nützlich, aber es gab viel Geschirr und Besteck. Tolle Kaffeemaschine!

Große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Teppiche im Bad nicht frisch, viele Haare drauf. Infos nur auf telefonische Nachfrage, zum Beispiel zur Müllentsorgung. Keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Eines der besten Appartments das wir je hatten.

Wir sind 2 befreundete Pärchen und haben für eine Woche Golfurlaub eine Bleibe im Raum Köln gesucht. Das ist wirklich schwer, wenn man in dieser Kombi reist. Das Problem sind Wohnungen mit zwei gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern. Wenn dann noch ein Allergiker dabei ist, wird es besonders schwer, weil kein Teppich im Schlafzimmer liegen darf. Diese Wohnung hat diese Randbedingungen voll erfüllt. Schön ist auch, dass es eine weitere Toilette gibt, wenn das Masterbad mal besetzt ist. Ansonsten ist alles sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Multimedia und WLAN lässt keine Wünsche offen. Genau wie in der Beschreibung. Es gibt sogar eine Ladestation für mehrere Handys mit allen möglichen Steckern. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag hatten wir dem Vermieter bei Rückgabe der Wohnung nur vorgeschlagen, ein paar mehr Gläser, Schalen und Eierbecher zu besorgen. War wegen der vorhandenen Spülmaschine aber kein Problem. Im Bad wären eine zusätzliche Aufhängmöglichkeit für Handtücher schön. Das ist aber Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.
