Open for short term/ midterm/ longterm lease. We offer SEASONAL DISCOUNTS. located in a gated community with pool and jacuzzi, it has large dining table that sits 6. My favorite rooms are the large inviting room and the porch with the view of the pool and Bayview. Complete amenities. It has a dual mastersuite with queen size beds and private baths, the third bedroom with a daybed with pull bed and a guality sofa sleeper in the living room. It has safe deposit box , barbecue griller, biddet, towels, paper towels, soap , shampoo, conditioner, kitchen and cooking utensils are available .

Bullied By Owner and Neighbor

The owner manager started texting me at 11 pm accusing us of having a pet inside the property and an extra guest in the property. Both accusations came from a neighbor. The manager did not stop texting until 2 am. We have a grand child that requires a full attention and medication. The place is clean but the owner made as feel unwelcome and even bullied. She almost ruined our vacation.

It was brought up to my attention that some of the house rules were not being adhered by this guest she booked only for 4 adults and and there are 5 adults , 3 kids and a baby . ,it was on my house rules to inform me if there is any changes in the number of guests . the maximum capacity of 8. We set rules for the comfort of our guests I, specifically told her that we don’t allow pets like dogs but she brought one. It is not a service dog on on my policy only service dog are allowed and she didn’t send me a documentation. So for not adhering on my rules it was stated on my policy that no pets are allowed. my policy is in violation of bringing pet will Incur you 50 dollars extra for 2 nights. I am surprised for a teacher like her so out of character and lies, do not adhere to house rules and regulations . Is asking her if she brought a dog to unit or premise is bullying . Outside camera caught the incident which is a proof and get yet she denied it as far as I know lying and stealing goes hand and hand, despite the evidences she refused to pay me, but just the same I just still wish her well and may God bless her, Not a guest you wish to welcome . I am a SUPERHOST and most off my reviews are 5 stars I cant believe that she will give me 1 star very clearly shows act of retaliation and no basis on her accusations to me about bullying her . That is not true . I love my guest and I am here to give the best service

Great Condo, Close to the Beach

Wonderful view of the Bay from the Patio. Well stocked kitchen. The Host thought of every need of the guest, The house felt homely and cozy. Loved the stay, would love to go back again.

Best Vrbo we’ve rented so far!

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen well-stocked with nice utensils, dishes, etc. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The owner was super-helpful and nice and gave a lot of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. We felt very secure and safe staying here. Will def rent again when back at S Padre.
