Apartment located on the 1st floor of a building comprising two and forming part of the condominium 'Le Domaine de Bacchus' in the Beaucours district of Sanary sur Mer (Var). This condominium is located on the edge of Cousse bay and 100 meters from a small beach with lifeguard during the summer. The south-west facing apartment has a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea, the town of Bandol, Cassis, La Ciotat and the Bec de l'Aigle.

Vue mer fantastique

L'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. Seul petit bémol, l'absence de climatisation mais compensée par le fait que L'appartement soit traversant. Une communication avec le propriétaire ou la personne en charge de la réception parfaite et très grande réactivité. Je recommande.

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist zu jeder Tageszeit hervorragend. Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Küche super ausgestattet, Badezimmer top. WC ist sehr klein und für große Menschen eine Zumutung. Die Investition in einen Ventilator ist ratsam. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Vielen Dank an Sylvie für die freundliche Kommunikation.

Nous avons passés une semaine agréable. Voisinage calme, on entend les grillons et les vagues. De plus la vue est fomidable. Les couchersxde soleil sont différents tous les soirs.

Schön, aber ohne eigenes Auto umständlich

Es war sehr schön. Einzige Einschränkung (für uns) : Weil wir ohne eigenes Auto unterwegs sind, ist es etwas umständlich, hinzukommen. Vor allem die Tatsache, dass man eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen muss. Ansonsten alles gut, in der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, der Vermieter ( mit dem wir telefonisch Kontakt hatten) sehr freundlich und geduldig mit meinem holprigen Französisch. Der Strand unmittelbar vor der Haustür ist recht steinig, aber in der Nähe gibt es herrliche Sandstrände.

Traumhafter Blick aus einer sehr schönen Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gut geschnitten und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Blick vom Balkon ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit traumhaft. Der Austaushc mit dem Vermieter war vollkommen unkompliziert und freundlich, wir konnten alles telefonisch klären. Für Gäste, die ohne Auto anreisen, empfiehlt sich ein Taxi vom Bahnhof Ollioules-Sanary. Das Zentrum von Sanary mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist von der Wohnung etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, für die man einen sehr schönen Weg entlang der Küste und vorbei am Sandstrand von Portissol nehmen kann

Posizione stupenda, appartamemto piccolo ma dotato di tutt i comfort, ideale per 2 o 3 persone, la spiaggia è solo a 2 minuti a piedi! Sanary sur Mar è stupenda.

Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. (Aber Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vergessen! ) Großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, nur 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand (Steinstrand); leider keine Klimaanlage/Ventilator, aber mit Durchzug am Abend alles machbar. Sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - gerne wieder!!

Ce séjour a été excellent, toutefois il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Il fallait suivre les instructions écrites, ce qui n’est pas l’idéal quand on arrive d’un long voyage en avion. Pour le reste, l’appartement était petit mais correct. Merci

La vue sensationnelle. Il aurait été utile de savoir que ce n'était pas pratique pour une personne ayant des difficultés à se mouvoir. Je cherche encore la 2ème salle de bain

Avant de s'engager sur la location, le locataire potentiel qui a des difficultés de mobilité doit le signaler au propriétaire, en discuter avec lui, poser les bonnes questions, ce qui lui permettra de prendre ensuite la bonne décision. Quant à la seconde salle de bain, nulle part dans le descriptif il est noté qu'il y a 2 salles de bain.

Belle vue ! Appart fonctionnel...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ... notamment à 15mn à pied de la Gorguette, mignonne petite plage. Appartement fonctionnel et bien fourni en vaisselle et appareils de cuisine. Contact simplet et efficace avec Michel. Attention les grands, le WC est rendu un peu exigu parle cumulus ; n'allez pas trop vite la nuit (;->)
