AN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION ...

Nestled in the heart of the plain of Oletta, 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Saint Florent, Domaine E Belle Bône offers two comfortable villas with easy access (track suitable for vehicles) for relaxation and a change of scenery.
The villas are located on a promontory to enjoy varied landscapes: view of the villages of Nebbio, the plain of Oletta, the typical mountains of the region classified "Grand site de France" and sea view of the Gulf of Saint Florent. You can enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view….

Two villas are at your disposal. Depending on the number of people, we open 1 or 2 villas:

- For a stay up to 4 people: opening of the "small" villa (contact us for prices)
- For 8 people: opening of the "big" villa
- For 12 people: opening of the 2 villas.
Ideal for two families. Same equipment for both houses (kitchen, living room ...)

The houses are not rented separately to 2 different groups. You will be the only ones there.

At the heart of an area of 150 ha between olive trees, almond trees and maquis, the complete absence of overlooked, panoramic view ... nature lovers can enjoy a large space.

The villas are close to all amenities: 5-10 minutes from a shopping center and the village of Saint Florent where the first beaches are located.

The houses are equipped with TV, reversible air conditioning in each room and Wifi.
A PRIVATIVE salt pool of 10 x 5 facing south is adjacent to these. So you can indulge in the pleasure of lazing around the 10 x 5 salt pool or festive evenings around the bar…

Fabulous vacation in a fantastic house

We had a fantastic two week stay at Marie and Jean Laurents house in Corsica. The view from the house is amazing with olive gardens, mountains and a distant sea view as well. The house is located on the top of a small hill and is accessed through a small road about 1.2 km from the main road.The houses are well equipped and we specially liked the barbecue possibilities in the backyard where you can dine up to 12 people whenever the frontside is too warm.The pool and gardens are also fantastic and even better looking than the pictures.Marie and J-L are easy to get in contact with and we also visited their farm and bought some of their own produced olive oil which is great. We would gladly recommend this place and we are looking forward to come back! À la prochaine /Christoffer, Anna et toute la famille

Fantastic and beautiful house

Our two families had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The views are spectacular and the setting is very idyllic with mountains all around, olive trees and the cheep grazing on the hills. The two houses was well equiped. We were greeted with a basket of delicious local produce. The kitchen and bathrooms was neat and clean and the beds were comfortable. There was air con in every room and it secured us a good night sleep sine the weather favoured us with temperatures around 29 degrees in the day and above 20 in the night. We spent our days around the fantastic pool, had dinner on the terrace and exploring the beaches around the cost north of St. Florent. Our only regret was that we only booked the house for one week - we could easily have spent a week or two more. Thanks for a perfect vacation, Maria :-) The families Volstrup/Svenssen & Nørgaard

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit unserer großen Familie auf dem Anwesen von Maria und Jean Lorent. Die Lage mit Fernsicht auf Meer und Berge war traumhaft. Beide Häuser waren in einem Top Zustand und sehr sauber. Für den täglichen Bedarf hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen war Jean Lorent sofort zur Stelle und auf Restaurantempfehlungen etc. von Maria kann man vertrauen. Liebe Maria, lieber Jean Lorent - vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, die wir bei Euch verbringen durften!

Lieu magique !

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été séduits par la beauté saisissante du lieu ! Nous sommes littéralement tombés sous le charme de ce petit coin de paradis sur terre…avec vue sur mer !! (Le golfe de Saint Florent). La maison est nichée au sein d une nature préservée qui est un ravissement pour l esprit. L accès par un chemin de terre confère à ce lieu une quiétude absolue, idéale pour qui veut s adonner en toute sérénité à la contemplation, à la méditation, à la flânerie autour de la piscine ou bien à une partie de pétanque sous les oliviers…Maria & JL sont des hôtes absolument charmants et chaleureux ! Toute l’authenticité de la Corse est là, sous vos yeux, quel bonheur ! Encore un grand merci à vous Maria & JL ! Nous serions tellement heureux de revenir…Patrick & Régine

Un séjour parfait de A à Z !

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines chez Maria et Jean-Laurent qui sont des hôtes prévenants, très réactifs et adorables ! Situées au cœur de leur oliveraie, les 2 maisons sont aménagées avec goût et très bien équipées. Les extérieurs variés et bien entretenus offrent toujours une place à l'ombre (2 terrasses par maison, un coin lounge avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes et le golfe de St Florent, une très grande piscine et même un terrain de pétanque). Aucun voisin proche, on a l'impression d'être seuls au monde. Tranquillité assurée ! Un ÉNORME merci à tous les deux, Maria & Jean-Laurent, nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables sur votre magnifique île !

Fantastiska villor, rekommenderas till 100%!

Vi har haft en fantastiska vecka hos Maria! Vi var en stor familj i åldrarna 3 till 76 år och hyrde både den stora och den lilla villan, det passade perfekt för oss, alla älskade boendet. Villorna är väldigt rena och har allt man kan tänkas behöva. Utsikten är otroligt vacker och man ser både bergen och havet då man bor mitt i landskapet uppe på en liten kulle bland fårhagarna. Barnen älskade poolen och det är trevligt att man får den städad varje morgon. Maria är en fantastisk värd, väldigt flexibel, hjälpsam och svarar alltid snabbt på de frågar man kan tänkas ha. Tack Maria för den otroligt fint vistelsen! Vi kommer absolut tillbaka! Samiko

Wunderschöne Villa mit besten Panorama

Eine wunderschöne Villa mitten in der Natur umgeben vom Gebirge mit atemberaubenden Panoramablick. Die villa ist bestens Ausgestattet, alles ist sauber, ein risieger Pool ,wunderschöne Terrassen und ein riesen Grundstück dazu was will man mehr. Kein Nachbar man kann die Natur richtig genießen. Der einzige Nachbar der vorbeischaut ist der Schäferhund mit seine Schafen. Vor dem Haus befindet sich noch ein Bouleanlage wo man mit seien Freunden spielen kann . Mein Zitat 10/10.

Super Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit 9 Personen (24-61) und 2 Hunden dort. Das Haus war absolut perfekt. Ruhig gelegen, aber kurze Wege zu Stränden, Gumpen, nach Saint Florent und Bastia. Der Pool und das Außengelände sind wunderbar. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Ruhige Villa mit Panoramablick

Besonders hat uns der 360° Panoramablick auf die Berge und das Meer gefallen. Das ist wirklich einzigartig. Die Villen waren super ausgestattet, mit allem was man brauchte. Die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft. Insbesondere Saint Florent, Calvi und die dazwischenliegenden Strände sind atemberaubend. Einige kleine Sachen haben dennoch etwas gestört: - Der Pool hat eine Kindersicherung mit einem extrem lauten Signalton. Wir hatten keine Kinder und daher war die Sicherung nicht erforderlich, es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis wir rausgefunden haben, wie wir das deaktivieren können. Für das nächste Mal wäre eine Anleitung für das Gerät hilfreich. - Wir waren zu 9. und hatten demzufolge beide Villen für uns. Schade war, dass die Villen nicht durchgängig begehbar waren. Man musste immer außen rum entweder zwischen den Bäumen hinten durch oder vorne durch den Rasen. Ein Durchgang wäre sehr praktisch gewesen - Die Betten waren für große Menschen sehr kurz (schätzungsweise 190cm) und ziemlich hart. - Als wir am späten Abend noch auf der Terasse saßen, ging plötzlich die automatische Rasensprenganlage an, die uns dann leider recht penetrant vertrieb. Ein Ausschalten war nicht möglich. Hier die Rasensprenger besser einstellen oder zumindest später laufen lassen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und können die Villa weiterempfehlen :)

Traumhafte Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt einfach traumhaft, ruhig mit Rundumpanorama in alle vier Himmelsrichtungen. Ausstattung ist auch gut. Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Familie lief auch gut. Einziges Manko während unseres Aufenthaltes waren Probleme mit der Poolreinigung, die hoffentlich inzwischen wieder behoben sind.

Traumurlaub in einem tollen Haus mit phantastischem 360 Grad Blick

Tolles, sauberes, modernes Haus mit einem großen Pool in einem weitläufigen, sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir sind 5 Erwachsene und drei Kinder und haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Auf jeder Seite des Hauses befindet sich eine Terrasse, die im vorderen Teil haben wir gerne für unser Frühstück genutzt, auf der hinteren Terrasse mit Grill haben wir den Abend gerne verbracht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet- es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, wir haben mehrer Ausflüge u.a nach Calvi und Nonza unternommen, jedoch haben uns die Weinproben in den unterschiedlichen Weingütern am Besten gefallen- die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Winzer hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.a. ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Kilometer mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Großer Dank an Maria- vielen Dank an Dich, dass wir schon früher einchecken konnten, und für Deine Herzlichkeit. 100% Empfehlung
