Our yearly family vacation we choose this property and we’re pleased

Our family has been taking vacations yearly and we always manage to find homes that have been very nice like this one, the pool was a plus for sure. The queen beds and living room sofas were a bit on the soft side. The ping pong table was a nice to have after a day of swimming. The kitchen was nice to work in and loved the pantry cabinet perfect for all the dry items., but could use a few more pots with lids and baking pans. The ovens were not used due to not cleaned and added foil to cover up the baked on food. Renee and April were very responsive when we had a problem with the garbage being full when we arrived and was handled before we checked out. Thank you Renee and April 😊

Excellent Stay in the Gold Country!!

Two families used this property as a base for exploring the Gold Country. The house was clean and had all the amenities for cooking that you could want. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was good. It is close to everything - 10 minutes into town and about 30 minutes to 2 different lakes. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Would definitely use again!!

Great stay!

We came to Sonora for a wedding. This was a fantastic place to stay. The pool was a nice touch for our kids. The only issue I had was we had a lawn company show up during our stay. It was uncomfortable to have them attempting to garden with my kids in the pool and outside. Other than that the beds were great the house had all of the amenities you could need. I loved that they label all the cabinets to find items in the house. We all enjoyed the stay. The property is well maintained and the home is very spacious. Perfect for a family, and friends.

This house was everything the picture shows and more. Completely beautiful inside and out, huge deck, spacious & clean home, comfortable beds snd everything you need in the kitchen. Renee was amazing kept in touch with anything we needed.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing trip! The location is perfect! Beautiful setting that’s close enough to downtown Sonora to be convenient and give you access to Yosemite or all the nearby small mountain towns too, but far enough removed to feel like you’ve got your own slice of heaven. We had 5 kids with us and their favorite part of the trip was playing in the backyard and catching slender salamanders and small sharp tailed snakes. The pool was great, and even though it’s not heated it was warm enough most of our trip for all of the kids to enjoy. The house and property are HUGE, and we all had enough room to be completely comfortable and enjoy meals and playing together. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is quite spacious for 8 people. Backyard is huge and beautiful with pool, fire pit and hot tub. Renee was a gracious host and clearly communication. Easy checkin and checkout.

Nice Peaceful Place

Such a nice house that met our needs and expectations. The rooms had clean sheets and were decorated cute. The hot tub is right off the master bedroom and was amazing!!! Played games outdoors on the table and also inside on the big dining room table. Kitchen was very nicely stocked! It was nice to have a garage. The property and view is amazing!!! Deer right in yard. The heating system worked well. The place felt safe. The security camera on the property did not make us feel like our privacy was invaded. We think this place would be 6 stars with update me living room furniture. We have talked about a future summer trip here.
